Beads Out Level 162 Guide: The Jammed Half Box Opening

Beads Out Level 162 is a severe chokepoint right from the first second. The game drops you into a W-shaped Conveyor utterly gridlocked by Dark Blue beads on the left and Beige beads on the right.

The bottom Dock layout is a mess of buried keys and rigid blockers. You face two separate Crate Locks, two Mystery Boxes, and a massive Red Curtain with a 7-medal demanding a long sequence of clears before it drops. Worse, the active area immediately under the funnel is completely full of Half Boxes. You have absolutely zero maneuvering room. One wrong tap in the opening sequence results in an instant, unrecoverable jam.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 162

Look at the active slots directly beneath the bead funnel. You have four Half Boxes sitting there: Green (50%), Purple (50%), Brown (50%), and another Green (50%). All four slots are occupied. You cannot bring up a new Box from the lower section until you create space.

The left side of the Conveyor is blocked by a solid line of Dark Blue beads. The right side is blocked by a long string of Beige beads. You desperately need a Dark Blue or Beige Box.

Scan the lower section. The only Beige Box is buried under an Olive Green Box in the second column. The only Dark Blue Box is even worse. It is bolted into a Crate Lock with a White Box, and both are buried underneath the Orange and Red Boxes in the far-left column.

The right side of the board hides a second Crate Lock pairing a Yellow Box with an Olive Green Box. The Olive Green half of this lock is buried under a Brown Box. Finally, the bottom right quadrant is completely inaccessible, hidden behind the large Red Curtain. You must fully clear seven Boxes from the board before that curtain vanishes.

The Dark Blue beads on the left are pure bait. You cannot reach the Dark Blue Box early. You must play the right side first.

Beads Out Level 162 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

The priority is breaking the initial gridlock. You must manufacture an empty slot, dig out the Beige Box, and clear the right side of the Conveyor to create breathing room.

Forcing the First Merge in Beads Out Level 162

You start with a full board. Do not randomly tap the lower area. Follow this exact extraction sequence to get the right side moving.

  1. Tap either Green Half Box. The two 50% Green Boxes in your active slots will immediately merge. This creates a full 100% Green Box which clears off the board. You now have two empty slots.
  2. Tap the top Olive Green Box (second column). This pulls it up into your active area. It will sit there uselessly for a long time. Accept this. You have to move it to reach the target underneath.
  3. Tap the exposed Beige Box. This pulls it into your last remaining active slot.
  4. Feed the right Conveyor. Tap the Beige bead string. The entire line of Beige beads will flow into the Box. The string is long enough to fill it completely.
  5. The Beige Box clears. You have successfully un-jammed the board and scored your first clear toward the 7-Curtain.

Breaking the Crate Locks in Beads Out Level 162

Clearing Beige exposes a massive line of Yellow beads on the right Conveyor. You need the Yellow Box, but it is stuck in a Crate Lock in the third column.

  1. Tap the top-right Brown Box. Pull it into your active area. This uncovers the Olive Green half of the Crate Lock.
  2. Tap the Yellow/Olive Green Crate Lock. With the tops of both locked Boxes exposed, they will move up into your active area together.
  3. Feed the Yellow beads. Tap the right side of the Conveyor to send the Yellow string into the Yellow Box.
  4. Once the Yellow Box clears, the right Conveyor will feed Orange beads.
  5. Now look at the far-left column. Tap the Orange Box (underneath the Red one) to bring it up. Feed the Orange beads.
  6. With the Orange Box gone, you finally expose the left side of the White/Dark Blue Crate Lock. Tap the top-left Red Box to get it out of the way.
  7. Bring up the White/Dark Blue Crate Lock.
  8. Send the Dark Blue beads from the left Conveyor. You have finally broken the left-side bottleneck.

Dropping the 7-Curtain in Beads Out Level 162

Once you clear the Dark Blue beads, the left Conveyor opens up to Red, White, Light Blue, and Brown. You already have the Red and Brown Boxes sitting in your active area from the earlier digging steps.

Feed those lines immediately. By the time you process the Red, Brown, and Light Blue strings, you will hit your seventh clear. The giant Red Curtain at the bottom right will drop.

This reveals the final set of Boxes. You also have two Mystery Boxes sitting in the lower-left section. Do not touch a Mystery Box unless you have at least two empty slots in your active area. They spit out random colors. If a Mystery Box reveals a color like Pink or Grey that is trapped deep in the middle loops of the Conveyor, it will hog a slot and risk a jam.

Clear the visible Boxes from behind the curtain first. Wait for the Last Four speed-up to kick in. Route the remaining Pink, Grey, and Dark Green beads from the inner loops to finish the board. Keep your taps deliberate. Empty the board one complete color string at a time.
