Beads Out Level 163 Guide: The Orange Crate Lock Choke Point
This board is a masterclass in traffic management. You start completely deadlocked. A massive orange Crate Lock pins the entire right side of the board against the wall. You cannot touch the Pink, Red, or Grey Boxes over there. Do not even try.
The dominant colors are Purple, Light Pink, and Brown. The board layout is heavily restricted. Five Boxes sit in the top staging row, waiting to drop into your standard four-slot Dock. Below them, a jagged maze of Boxes drops down in a staggered formation. The central Conveyor loop is packed tight. If you pull the wrong color early, that loop stops moving. When the loop stops moving, the side feeders jam. You fail.
This is not a level where you can just tap matching colors and hope for the best. You need surgical precision to break that orange pin.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 163
Look at the Conveyor. It features three distinct sections. You have a central O-shaped loop and two U-shaped outer feeder lanes. The exit at the bottom is a single tight pipe.
Right now, Purple beads are clogging the exit of the central loop. Purple beads are also backing up the entire left feeder lane. On the opposite side, Light Pink beads block the exit of the right feeder. This dictates your exact opening.
Your Dock holds four slots. The top staging row holds five Boxes: Light Pink, Blue, Purple, Red, and another Light Pink.
Notice that Blue Box. It looks extremely tempting sitting right there in the second slot. Leave it alone. It is pure bait. Look closely at the left feeder lane. The Blue beads are buried deep behind a massive wall of Purple, Light Green, Pink, and Dark Green beads. If you drop that Blue Box into your Dock now, it will sit there empty for three minutes. You will lose a vital slot.
Your actual target is the Light Green Box sitting in the third column, just below the staging area. The orange Crate Lock is bolted directly into the wall next to it. Clearing that specific Light Green Box is the only way to shatter the lock and access the right side of the board. Everything you do in the first minute is just setup to reach that single Box.
Beads Out Level 163 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Follow this exact sequence. Order matters. If you fill your Dock with dead colors, the side lanes will refuse to merge into the central loop.
Cracking the Opening Loop in Beads Out Level 163
You must create gaps in the central loop immediately. The outer lanes cannot feed inward until there is physical space on the track.
- Tap the Purple Box from the top staging area into your Dock.
- Tap the Light Pink Box from the far right of the top staging area. Do not tap the left one yet. Keep your options open.
- Feed the Purple beads sitting directly at the central loop’s exit.
- Immediately tap the left feeder lane to send its Purple beads right behind the first batch. This completely clears the front of the left lane.
- Tap the Light Pink beads from the bottom of the right feeder lane.
- Drop the Brown Box (second column, first row below staging) into the Dock.
- Feed the Brown beads from the central loop. You will see them cycling around the left side of the O-shape. Timing does not matter much here. Just tap them when they pass the exit.
Breaking the Crate Lock in Beads Out Level 163
With the front beads cleared, the board shifts. The central loop finally has breathing room. It is time to execute the main mechanic of the level.
- Drop the Light Green Box into your Dock. It sits right next to the orange pin.
- Tap the left feeder lane. A massive chain of Light Green beads is now at the front of the line. Feed them all.
- Watch the board. Filling this Light Green Box shatters the Crate Lock. The right side of the board is now playable.
- Drop the Red Box from the staging row into your Dock.
- Feed the Red beads from the right feeder lane.
- Immediately pull the Yellow Box (now exposed in the middle column) into the Dock. Tap the right feeder lane to clear the Yellow beads.
- Bring down the Pink Box. This was previously trapped behind the lock on the far right.
- Send the Pink beads from the left feeder, followed instantly by the Pink beads from the right feeder. The right side of the Conveyor is now almost completely empty.
Managing the Left Lane Bottleneck in Beads Out Level 163
The right outer lane empties incredibly fast. The left lane does not. All the remaining junk is piled up on the left side and in the remnants of the central loop.
- Now you can finally drop that Blue Box from the staging area into the Dock. The Blue beads are exposed in the left lane. Send them.
- Drop the Dark Green Box (bottom left grid) into the Dock. Feed the Dark Green beads from the left lane.
- Pull the Grey Box from the bottom right corner. Feed the Grey beads cycling in the central loop.
- Finish off the board by matching the remaining Olive Green and Green Boxes at the bottom left with the final stragglers on the Conveyor.
Keep your eyes on the left lane during this final phase. It is the only place you can fail now. Do not pull bottom-row Boxes unless their matching beads are actively sitting at the front of the left pipe. Maintain your Dock discipline, and the board will clear itself.
