Beads Out Level 169 Guide: The 10-Step Curtain Blocker Trap
Beads Out Level 169 hits hard right from the start. You are staring at a massive, red, stage-style curtain blocking the entire bottom middle of your staging area. This curtain has a giant gold seal with the number "10" on it. It hides six crucial box slots. This board is not about speed. It is about strict space management.
Every single box on this board is a Half Box. Look closely at the staging area. You have a massive grid of them. Top row: Red, Orange, Mint Green, Tan, Dark Green. Second row: Dark Purple, Light Blue, Lime Green, Bright Purple, Cyan. Every box you pull down into your four-slot active Dock will sit there at 50% capacity until you find a second matching color string on the Conveyor. This cuts your Dock efficiency in half. One wrong pull, and you jam the level.
To make things worse, the top left and top right arms of the hourglass-shaped Conveyor feature hidden strings marked with a ?. You do not know what colors are dropping next. A Crate Lock also sits on the cream-colored Half Box on the right side. This board is an absolute trap if you just start tapping colors randomly.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 169
The Conveyor track forms a large hourglass. The beads feed from the top left and top right, swirl into an inner loop, and then wrap around the bottom to exit the center chute.
The bottom loop of the track is your immediate nightmare. It sits right over the exit. Left to right, you have strings of Light Blue, Bright Pink, Lime Green, and Bright Purple. You cannot touch anything else on the track until you clear this bottom plug.
Look inside the inner top loop. You have a tight cluster of Red, Grey, Dark Blue, and Dark Red/Maroon. These are trapped. They will not move toward the exit until the side arms empty out.
Now check the side arms. The left arm holds a massive string of Brown, followed by Orange, Light Pink, and more Brown. The right arm holds Purple, Dark Blue, and Red. Above these visible strings are the dark grey ? mystery sections.
The staging area defines your entire strategy for Beads Out 169. You only have four empty slots in your Dock. Because these are all Half Boxes, pulling a box down is a massive commitment. If you pull four Half Boxes down and none of them hit 100%, you lose. The giant red curtain blocks the center columns. Every time you fully clear a box off the Dock, that gold counter drops. 10, 9, 8. You have to grind through ten full box clears just to see what is hiding behind that curtain. The Crate Lock on the right side adds another dead zone. You have to work around it early.
Beads Out Level 169 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
You need a flawless opening sequence. The bottom track must clear immediately, but you have to manage your Dock space like a hawk. Do not pull boxes down unless you see the second color string ready to follow.
Breaking the Bottleneck in Beads Out Level 169
You have to crack the bottom arc first. If you try to pull from the upper side arms, the beads will stack up and trigger a fail state.
- Tap the Light Blue string on the bottom left. This pulls the Light Blue Half Box from the second row down to the Dock. It will hit 50%. Leave it there.
- Tap the Lime Green string on the bottom right. This pulls the Lime Green Half Box down. It also hits 50%. You now have two slots tied up.
- Tap the Bright Purple string. Grab the Bright Purple Half Box from the second row. Three slots occupied.
- Wait for the track to shift. As the bottom clears, the side arms slide down. Look for the second strings of Light Blue, Lime Green, or Bright Purple to drop from the
?mystery sections. - Do not touch the Bright Pink yet. You need one slot open in your Dock as an emergency buffer. If you pull the Bright Pink Half Box down now, your Dock is completely locked. Wait until you finish one of the first three boxes.
Managing the Half Box Mess in Beads Out Level 169
Once you clear your first Half Box, the curtain counter drops to 9. You need to keep this momentum going. The inner loop will start feeding down.
- Attack the inner loop colors. Red, Grey, and Dark Blue will start hitting the exit chute. Tap the Red string. Pull down the Red Half Box from the top left of the staging area.
- Clear the Browns. The left arm has a huge amount of Brown beads. Pull the Brown Half Box from the bottom right corner of the staging area. You will likely see more Brown drop from the left
?section. Match them up fast to clear the box and drop the curtain counter. - Avoid the Crate Lock. Do not waste your time trying to crack the cream-colored box on the middle right yet. Focus purely on high-volume colors like Orange and Purple that are highly visible on the side arms.
- Rotate the Dock. Never let four Half Boxes sit at 50% at the same time. If you have three boxes at 50%, your next tap must be a color that finishes one of them. Scan the upper Conveyor constantly. If you do not see the second half of a color coming, do not tap the first half.
Dropping the Curtain in Beads Out Level 169
The final phase of Beads Out Level 169 happens when that curtain counter hits zero.
- Break the curtain. Hit your tenth box clear. The red curtain disappears. This exposes the remaining hidden Half Boxes in the bottom center.
- Clear the mystery backlog. By now, the
?sections have dumped their random colors onto the lower track. Sort these immediately using the newly revealed boxes from behind the curtain. - Pop the Crate Lock. With the board wide open, the key for the Crate Lock will finally trigger. Tap the required color string, smash the lock, and fill the cream Half Box.
- Burn the Last Four. Once you are down to the final four Boxes, the game speeds up. Just tap the remaining colors in order as they hit the bottom of the hourglass loop. Keep your timing tight and clear the board.
