Beads Out Level 248 Guide: The 4-Stack Crate Lock Gridlock

This board is a structural nightmare. The dominant colors clogging the upper track are massive, unbroken chains of purple, light yellow, and gray. You also have a chunky block of brown sitting right at the exit spout. The bottom Dock is completely asymmetrical and highly restrictive.

The left side of your queue is essentially useless at the start. Three icy Sealed Cubes marked with a '500' sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the biggest threat on the board: a stacked blue Box trapped under a Crate Lock displaying a giant '4'. This board heavily restricts your starting choices. You cannot just tap colors and hope for the best. The bottom Box placement dictates a very rigid opening sequence. This is not a sloppy speed-run level. One wrong pull into your active slots, and the Conveyor jams permanently.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 248

Look at the Conveyor loop. It is thick with long, alternating color blocks. Right at the bottom exit spout, a small cluster of brown beads is waiting to drop. Flanking that brown cluster is a cyan patch on the right and an olive green patch on the left. The left track is heavily loaded. You see bright green, a massive stretch of purple, and a huge block of light yellow feeding down. The right track holds purple, dark green, red, blue, gray, and more light yellow.

Right now, an olive green Box sits alone at 0% in your four-slot active filling area. Look down at the lower Dock. The top row offers a light blue, a bright green, and a pink Box. Below that is a staggered second row featuring purple, olive green, dark green, and a lone blue Box pushed slightly right.

The middle of the lower Dock is where the puzzle gets nasty. Those three Sealed Cubes block access to everything underneath them. Right next to them sits that blue '4' Crate Lock. The right side of the Dock features a completely empty vertical trench. That empty slot looks like a safe space to park a random color. It is a trap. If you pull a pink or orange Box up just because you have an empty space, you will block your active row from receiving the exact Box needed to catch the long strings of beads currently rotating on the track.

You must prioritize clearing the top row to expose the playable layers beneath. The '4' Crate Lock requires four full clears of matching blue boxes to break. You must hoard blue beads and prioritize blue Boxes the second they become available.

Beads Out Level 248 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this exact order. Do not pull a Box into the active slots unless the matching beads are actively rotating toward the bottom exit.

1. Pull the light blue Box: Move it from the top row of the Dock into your active filling area.
2. Pull the bright green Box: Bring it up next to the light blue one.
3. Fill the olive green Box: Send the olive green beads from the left side of the Conveyor into the waiting box. It clears immediately.
4. Feed the cyan/light blue beads: Tap the right side of the Conveyor to send the light blue beads into your newly placed Box.
5. Clear the bright green block: The bright green beads on the left track are now exposed. Send them into the bright green Box you just pulled up.
6. Move the pink Box up: With space now open, pull the pink Box from the top right of the Dock into the active zone.
7. Address the brown beads: The brown cluster at the bottom is blocking the flow. Pull up the brown Box once it becomes exposed from the shifting queue.
8. Target the blue Box: Pull the blue Box from the second row up. You need this to start chipping away at the Crate Lock.

Your opening taps must be aggressive and precise. You want to clear the top row fast. Do it without filling your active slots with junk. Ignore the locked section completely at the start. The pink Box on the top right is bait. The pink beads are buried under dark green, red, and blue blocks on the right track. If you pull that pink Box up immediately, it sits at 0% and eats a critical active slot while you desperately need space for purple and yellow Boxes.

Focus strictly on the cyan, olive green, and bright green beads sitting at the front of the line. The early clear of that initial olive green Box is what opens the board. Once it leaves the board, you have the breathing room to start pulling from the second row of the Dock.

Defeating the Crate Lock in Beads Out Level 248

The midgame transition happens once the '500' Sealed Cubes are handled. Look at the lower layout once they clear out. The brown, orange, and light yellow Boxes hidden underneath suddenly become playable. Now the real work begins.

The '4' Crate Lock dictates your entire midgame. Every time a standard blue Box fills and clears, that number drops. You must actively hunt for blue Boxes in the Dock. When the blue beads rotate down from the right track, you must have a blue Box waiting in the active slots. If you miss the cycle, the blue beads will wrap around the loop, burning precious time and risking a massive jam.

The left lane of the Conveyor becomes highly volatile during this phase. That massive block of purple beads will push down fast. You must have the purple Box ready from the bottom left of the Dock. Keep the empty vertical trench on the right side of the queue clear until you absolutely need to shuffle a Box out of the way to reach a blue one.

Cleaning Up the Left Column in Beads Out Level 248

Once the Crate Lock drops to zero, the entire left column opens up. The gridlock shatters. The final purple and light green Boxes sitting at the very bottom of the Dock are finally exposed. The Conveyor will speed up as you hit the last four Boxes. Do not panic tap. Wait for the long light yellow and gray chains to align with the exit spout, drop them into their respective Boxes, and clear the board.
