Beads Out Level 399 Guide: The Yellow Gate and Crate Lock Trap
Beads Out Level 399 throws a massive, clustered barricade right in your face. This is not a fast-flow board where you can just react to colors as they drop. It is a strict sequencing puzzle. If you pull the wrong colors into your Dock early, you will jam the track and fail. The main problem is a heavy concentration of cold colors—dark blues, greens, and purples—competing for highly limited space.
You have a massive block of Boxes in the center. A deep trench sits on the bottom right. A yellow mechanical gate completely blocks that trench. You cannot touch the brown or red Boxes trapped down there until you completely solve the middle. This board punishes greedy taps. You must clear the exact required Boxes to open the path forward. One wrong tap on an olive green Box at the start will ruin the entire run.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 399
Look at the starting layout. You need to understand how the feed works before making a move. The Conveyor is a large central loop fed by two upper tracks. The left track is absolutely stuffed with a long chain of olive green beads followed by dark blue beads. The right track holds a mix of pink, light green, and peach beads. The central loop is choked with a chaotic rainbow of small clusters—magenta, bright blue, orange, gray, white, and dark green—all moving toward the single bottom exit.
The lower area is a nightmare of physical dependencies. The top row of available Boxes features light pink, mint green, peach, orange, dark blue, and magenta. You must pull from this front line first.
Just below that, things get complicated fast. On the third row down, left side, a dark green Box and a purple Box are chained together by a metal Crate Lock. You cannot move either of them independently. They have to move to the Dock together.
Then there is the bottom-center choke point. A single dark green Box sits right next to a long yellow gate. That horizontal gate stretches across the board, protecting a deep trench holding a brown Box and a red Box. You have to pull and fill that specific bottom-center dark green Box to trigger the yellow gate to retract.
The biggest trap here is the olive green color. You see olive green Boxes sitting in the second and fourth rows. Do not touch them. The olive green beads are trapped way up on the left feed track. Bringing down an olive green Box early is a guaranteed loss. It will sit empty in your Dock. It will clog your slots and starve your active Boxes.
Beads Out Level 399 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Control the Dock economy. Do not just tap things because they are exposed on the top layer. Follow this exact sequence to break the cluster and reach the trench.
Breaking the Top Row in Beads Out Level 399
You need immediate space in the center. The central Conveyor loop has a messy mix of colors near the exit. You have to match what is flowing right now.
- Tap the orange Box and the dark blue Box from the very top row. Send them directly to the Dock.
- Tap the magenta/pink Box from the top right corner.
- Let the track run. The beads in the central loop will drop down and start filling these active Boxes.
- Ignore the mint green Box on the top left. The beads for it are buried and will not drop soon enough.
- Pull down the gray Box from the second row the second the orange Box clears out of your way.
- Watch the flow carefully. You will see 50% full Half Boxes start to form as the track feeds them small clusters. Leave them in the Dock to soak up the remaining beads.
- Keep your hands off the olive green Boxes. The olive green beads are still stuck on the upper left track. Let the loop clear out the smaller clusters first.
Managing the 50% Half Boxes in Beads Out Level 399
The top rows are peeling away. The board opens up. Now you hit the midgame transition. You will likely have four Half Boxes sitting in your Dock at exactly 50% capacity: a dark blue, an orange, a gray, and a purple.
- Hold your nerve. Having four slots taken by Half Boxes is scary, but it is the correct state for this phase.
- Wait for the central loop to push the second wave of colors. The dark blue, red, and blue beads are now cycling down.
- The dark blue Box in your Dock will grab its remaining beads and clear out, freeing up a crucial slot.
- Now target the bottom-center dark green Box. This is the one right next to the yellow gate. Send it to your newly opened Dock slot.
- Feed the dark green beads from the central loop into it. Once this Box hits 100%, it vanishes.
- Watch the yellow gate retract instantly. The bottom right trench is now physically open.
- Look at the Crate Lock on the left side holding the dark green and purple Boxes. Send them both to the Dock. You have enough purple beads in the loop to finish the purple Half Box and start this new one.
Dropping the Gate and Clearing the Trench in Beads Out Level 399
You are down to the final scattered Boxes. The Conveyor speeds up. The left track is finally dumping its massive payload into the main loop.
- Grab the olive green Boxes now. The left track is pouring that massive chain of olive beads into the loop. Let them fill the waiting Boxes rapidly.
- Look at the bottom right trench. The brown Box and red Box are completely exposed and waiting.
- Send the brown Box to the Dock. The left track is currently pushing a huge block of brown beads into the central loop right behind the olive ones. Let them flow and fill it.
- Send the red Box to the Dock. The central loop is holding a large cluster of red beads right behind the blue ones. Let the red beads drop.
- Clean up the final light pink and peach Boxes remaining on the left side. The right track drops the last few light-colored beads to finish them off.
- Keep your Dock clear for the final four. The game reaches its maximum speed here. Just match the last remaining colors to the final Boxes and clear the board.
