Beads Out Level 244 Guide: The Figure-8 Jam and Locked Crate Trap

Beads Out Level 244 is a massive traffic jam waiting to happen. Look at the massive figure-8 Conveyor. It holds a huge volume of beads, but the layout creates an immediate choke point right above the drop zone. The dominant colors crowding the lower section of the track are Light Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red. You have to route these first.

Below the track, the bottom Box placement is a layered mess of obstacles. You start with an empty Dark Blue Box sitting in your four-slot Dock. The grid below is heavily fortified. You are staring down standard colored boxes, two separate sets of Crate Locks, peeling orange Sealed Cubes stamped with 3s and 5s, frozen Light Blue Boxes at the bottom left, and an entire column of black Mystery Boxes on the far right.

This board is significantly harder than standard levels because of the visual bait. The upper arms of the figure-8 hold massive chains of Brown, Yellow, Pink, and White beads. If you pull boxes for those upper colors too early, your Dock will fill up with useless boxes sitting at 0%. You will lose your buffer. The entire puzzle here is strict Conveyor control. You have to clear the bottom loop before the upper arms can even move.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 244

Treat the grid like three distinct zones. The left side is your priority access. The top left features a free Red Box and a Light Blue Box right below it. Further down that left column, you hit an Olive Green box and two frozen Light Blue Boxes trapped in ice blocks. This left lane is your fastest way to clear space.

The center and right lanes are heavily trapped. The top row features a Brown box tied to a Yellow box with a double Crate Lock. Just below that, a Green box is chained to a Red box with another Crate Lock. You cannot easily clear the top layers without pulling these linked pairs into the Dock together, which eats up two of your four precious slots.

Below the locked pairs sit the orange numbered Sealed Cubes. These require multiple matches to break down. The far-right column is completely dead weight. It consists of black stone blocks that eventually reveal themselves as Mystery Boxes. Leave that right side alone.

The Conveyor dictates your opening moves entirely. The bottom curve of the figure-8 has a tight grouping of Light Blue, Green, Yellow, and Red beads directly over the chute. Follow this exact sequence to break down the lower loop without jamming your Dock.

Breaking the Opening Loop in Beads Out Level 244

Your first priority is getting rid of the beads sitting right at the drop point. The Dark Blue box in the Dock has to wait.

1. Grab the Light Blue Box from the second row on the far left of the grid. Pull it into the Dock.
2. Tap the cluster of Light Blue beads sitting at the very bottom left of the Conveyor loop. Send them in.
3. Grab the completely free Red Box sitting at the top left of the grid. Move it to the Dock.
4. Feed it the Red beads located on the bottom right of the loop.
5. Ignore the upper left and upper right arms of the track entirely. Pink, White, and Brown beads are bait at this stage. Do not pull any boxes matching those colors.

Managing the Locked Pairs in Beads Out Level 244

With the Light Blue and Red beads cleared from the bottom track, the Green and Yellow beads will slide down to the drop zone. Now you have to crack the top layers of the grid.

1. Pull the Green/Red locked pair from the second row into the Dock. This takes up two slots, but you have the Green beads right at the front of the Conveyor ready to feed.
2. Tap the Green beads to fill the Green Box. This shatters the Crate Lock and frees up the connected Red box to accept beads later.
3. Next, pull the top-row Brown/Yellow locked pair into the Dock.
4. Feed the Yellow beads from the lower loop into the Yellow Box. Breaking this second Crate Lock is mandatory to open up the center of the board.
5. Start hitting the orange numbered Sealed Cubes in the center. The peeling 3s and 5s require repeated fills. Use the Purple and Olive Green beads dropping from the center intersection to chip away at these layers.

Surviving the Final Columns in Beads Out Level 244

Once the center intersection of the figure-8 clears out, the massive chains in the upper arms will finally drop into play. This is where the board speeds up.

1. The left arm drops Brown and Yellow beads. Use them to finish off the remaining Brown boxes you dragged down from the locked pairs.
2. The right arm drops Pink and White. Now you can finally pull the remaining white and pink boxes from the lower middle of the grid.
3. Crack the frozen ice blocks on the bottom left. The ice requires direct matches with the Light Blue beads that cycle through late in the level.
4. Deal with the black Mystery Boxes on the far right last. Since you do not know what color they demand until they open, you need a clean Conveyor to ensure you aren't blocked from reaching the required beads. Keep one slot in your Dock completely empty so you can rapidly cycle boxes if a Mystery Box asks for a color buried at the back of the track.
