Beads Out Level 423 Guide: The Orange and Tan Bait Trap

Beads Out Level 423 is a trap from the very first second. Look at the top row of Boxes. You see an Orange Box on the far left. You see a Tan Box on the far right. Do not touch them. There are absolutely no orange or tan beads anywhere on the visible Conveyor. If you pull them down into your four-slot Dock, they will sit there dead. They eat up your buffer space. You will jam the board and fail the level before you clear a single lane.

The dominant colors heavily clogging the main loop are Dark Blue, Purple, and Grey. The right outer feed is entirely jammed with Red. To survive this specific split-grid layout, you have to dig straight down the middle and right columns to reach a buried Dark Blue Box. The real challenge of Beads Out 423 is ignoring what the game puts in front of your face and mining down to the colors you actually need.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 423

You are looking at a massive central loop fed by two outer arms. The jam risk here is extreme. The center loop's bottom exit is completely plugged by a cluster of Dark Blue beads. The left outer arm is also plugged by Dark Blue at the junction. The Conveyor cannot cycle correctly until you clear that specific color out of the way.

The lower grid starts as a solid block of five columns but quickly drops into a U-shaped split with two separated legs.

  • Left Side (Columns 1 & 2): Orange sits over Yellow, Pink, and Olive. Next to it, Green sits over Purple, Red, and another Olive.
  • Center: Two single Boxes sit in the gap. Light Green over Grey.
  • Right Side (Columns 4 & 5): Cyan covers Blue, Grey, and the absolutely critical Dark Blue. Tan covers Brown, another Brown, and Dark Green.

Notice the location of that Dark Blue Box. It sits four rows deep on the right side. That is your primary target. You cannot fully open the central Conveyor loop until you bring that specific Box down to the Dock.

The entire opening phase is a forced mining operation. You are digging through the right side just to get to Dark Blue, and digging through the left side just to expose Red. Orange and Tan are fake-outs designed to bait you into wasting Dock slots. Leave them on the board.

Beads Out Level 423 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this exact order. Your four-slot Dock is your only lifeline. Fill it with the wrong Box and the run is completely dead.

Surviving the Opening Taps in Beads Out Level 423

  1. Tap the central Light Green Box and the Cyan Box on the right side. Pull them down into the Dock. Leave Orange and Tan exactly where they are.
  2. Feed the Cyan Box using the light blue beads pushing in from the right outer arm.
  3. Feed the Light Green Box using the bright green beads from the left outer arm and the inner loop.
  4. Pull the second Light Green Box (from the left column 2) and clear it exactly the same way.
  5. As soon as a Dock slot opens, pull the Blue Box (right side, row 2) and the Purple Box (left side, row 2) down into the active play area.
  6. Send the dark Blue beads from the right arm. Send the Purple beads from the heavy cluster in the central loop.

Breaking the Dark Blue Chokepoint in Beads Out Level 423

Clearing Purple and Blue is not the actual objective. They are just roadblocks. The board only opens up once you execute this next sequence.

  1. Tap the Grey Box located in the middle of the right block. Move it to the Dock.
  2. Tap the Grey beads stuck on the left side of the main loop. Watch the board shift. Filling this Grey Box finally removes the ceiling over the Dark Blue Box.
  3. Yank the Dark Blue Box down to the Dock immediately.
  4. Dump the massive plug of Dark Blue beads sitting right at the central loop exit into this Box. Grab the extra Dark Blue beads sitting at the bottom of the left outer arm.
  5. The board instantly breathes. The central loop will start flowing fast.

Clearing the Outer Arms in Beads Out Level 423

With the center flowing, the outer arms will start aggressively dumping their payloads into the middle.

  1. Pull the Red Box (exposed on the left side under where Purple used to be) into the Dock.
  2. Clear the heavy line of Red beads completely blocking the right outer arm. This lets the remaining Cyan and Light Grey/White beads push forward into the merge point.
  3. Move the Brown Box (right side, row 2) and the Pink Box (left side, row 3) down. Match them out as the inner loop spins.
  4. Now you can finally grab the Orange and Tan Boxes. By this point, the back half of the Conveyor has advanced, bringing the missing orange and tan beads onto the visible track.
  5. Clear the bottom leg Boxes—Yellow, Dark Green, and Olive—using standard quick taps. The Last Four speed-up will trigger here. Keep your taps tight and finish the lower columns.
