Beads Out Level 495 Guide: The Crate Lock Trap and Half Box Overload

Beads Out Level 495 is a massive headache of half-measures. Literally. Almost every container on this board is a Half Box. This completely changes your standard strategy. A Half Box requires fewer beads to clear, but it still takes up a full slot in your Dock. Pull down four wrong colors, and your board is jammed. You die.

The dominant bead colors crowding the front of the line are Dark Olive, Light Green, Dark Blue, and White. You do not have time to set up long, satisfying chains. The inner loop of the Conveyor is a mess of short, broken color segments.

Look at the bottom area. The Box placement is intentionally hostile. You have three separate Crate Locks holding down critical colors in the middle and bottom rows. To make matters worse, two dark grey Mystery Boxes sit on the far left outer track, and two more sit on the far right outer track. They will dump random colors into your feed exactly when you cannot afford them. This is why Beads Out 495 breaks players who try to force a generic strategy. You have to play this specific board in a very specific order.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 495

Treat the layout like a bomb you have to defuse. Look at the top row. You have five exposed targets: a Magenta Half Box, a Green Half Box, a Dark Blue Half Box, a White Half Box, and a Light Pink Half Box. These look like easy grabs. They are mostly bait.

Look exactly at the exit chute of the Conveyor. You have a cluster of Dark Olive and Light Green beads practically falling out of the right side. On the left side of the chute, Dark Blue and Purple beads are stacked up. If you grab that Magenta or Light Pink Half Box from the top row right now, they will sit dead in your Dock. You will instantly lose 25% of your working space.

The middle rows are a defensive wall. The second row down holds Brown, Dark Red, Dark Olive, Yellow, and Green Half Boxes. Below them is where the real pain starts. On the left, a Light Blue and Orange Half Box are chained together by a Crate Lock. On the right, a Dark Green and Dark Red Half Box share another Crate Lock.

The bottom area is even worse. A third Crate Lock binds a Grey and Light Blue Half Box in the bottom left corner. In the bottom right corner, a grey blocker with a "4" printed on it sits directly in front of a standard Green Box. You have to clear four adjacent boxes just to chip away that obstacle.

The jam risk is extreme on the inner loop. The sequence of Light Blue, White, Brown, and Light Green beads on the right side will compress fast. You must clear the Dark Olive and Light Green immediately to keep the belt moving.

Control your Dock. Never pull a Half Box unless the matching beads are less than two seconds away from the exit chute.

Surviving the Opening Conveyor Jam in Beads Out Level 495

The start of this level requires ruthless efficiency. The Conveyor is heavily front-loaded with Dark Olive, Light Green, and Dark Blue.

1. Tap the Dark Olive Half Box from the second row. Tap the Light Green Half Box from the fourth row down.
2. Send the Dark Olive and Light Green beads into the Dock. These are right at the chute. Clear them instantly.
3. Grab the Dark Blue Half Box from the top row. The left side of the belt is pushing Dark Blue beads right now. Feed them in.
4. Look at the White beads coming down the right side. Tap the White Half Box from the top row. Catch the White bead cluster.
5. Ignore the top row Magenta and Light Pink entirely. Do not touch them. They are pure bait and will choke your Dock.

Breaking the Crate Locks in Beads Out Level 495

With the immediate threat gone, the board opens up. The inner loop will now push Brown, Purple, and Red beads toward the center. It is time to dismantle the middle rows and crack those locks.

6. Pull the Brown Half Box from the second row. Feed the small brown bead cluster approaching the chute.
7. Tap the Purple Half Box (fourth row down) and the Red Half Box (fourth row down). The belt has a heavy stack of red beads merging in. Route them.
8. You now have line of sight on the right-side Crate Lock. Tap it to pull the tied Dark Green and Dark Red Half Boxes into the Dock.
9. Feed the incoming Dark Red beads into the freshly pulled box. This breaks the first lock and opens the right side of the board.
10. Tap the Yellow Half Box from the second row to catch the yellow cluster moving down the left side of the loop.

Managing the Mystery Boxes in Beads Out Level 495

The late game shifts the priority to the outer tracks. Those four dark grey Mystery Boxes are now moving into the main feed. You have to handle their randomized drops while cracking the final locks.

11. Pull the tied Light Blue and Orange Half Boxes from the left-side Crate Lock. The inner belt is pushing Light Blue beads now. Feed them to break the lock.
12. Grab the top row Magenta and Light Pink Half Boxes. The outer right track is finally feeding the pink beads into the center. Clear them out.
13. Leave one Dock slot open at all times. The Mystery Boxes will hit the chute and drop random colors. Match whatever color they reveal with the remaining Half Boxes scattered on the bottom rows.
14. Pull the final Crate Lock from the bottom left corner (Grey and Light Blue).
15. Clear the adjacent boxes around the bottom right "4" block. Every time you fill a box next to it, the number drops.
16. Once the blocker breaks, tap the final Green Box hidden behind it. Feed the remaining green beads from the final Mystery Box yields to end the level. Keep your taps fast during the final four boxes when the speed increases. Do not hesitate.
