Beads Out Level 167 Guide: The 6-Count Curtain Blocker

Beads Out Level 167 throws a massive roadblock at you right from the start. A giant red curtain covers the entire bottom section of the box grid. This curtain has a gold medallion with a "6" stamped on it. You cannot touch any Box hiding behind that curtain until you completely clear six other boxes from the upper rows. It limits your choices. It forces you into a tight corner.

The upper grid offers a very specific spread. You start with a top row consisting of a Purple Box, a Yellow Box, a Dark Blue Box, another Purple Box, and a Grey Box. Below that, you have scattered reds, pinks, and greens.

The Conveyor layout makes this highly restrictive. It forms an hourglass or "bunny ear" shape, funneling two separate tracks into one central chute. The left track is jam-packed with solid blocks of orange, red, and bright green. The right track holds fractured, alternating sections of light pink, dark blue, grey, and purple. You have to route these mismatched tracks into a limited top-row selection while rushing to hit that six-clear quota. If you pull the wrong Box to the four-slot Dock, the Conveyor jams. Run ends.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 167

You need to analyze the bead strings before you tap anything. The bottom chute is holding a cluster of yellow beads, flanked by dark blue on the left and orange on the right.

Look at the Boxes you actually have access to. The top row is your lifeline. The Yellow Box and Dark Blue Box are sitting right there. The Orange Box is buried down on the left edge, barely poking out above the curtain. Do not touch the orange yet.

The left side of the Conveyor will get crowded fast. It holds massive, unbroken chains of red and orange beads. The problem? The Red and Dark Red Boxes are buried in the second row, trapped behind the Purple and Yellow. You cannot clear the heavy left side of the track until you dig out the top row.

The right side of the Conveyor is your early game workhorse. It features purple, grey, and dark blue beads. These perfectly match your top row.

Your biggest trap on this board is the White Box and the Magenta Box sitting in the third row. They look accessible. They are bait. There are no white or magenta beads anywhere near the front of the Conveyor. Pulling them into the Dock early will permanently kill a slot. You only have four Dock slots. Protect them. You also need to watch for Half Boxes. These 50% capacity boxes appear mid-game and completely change the pacing of the board.

Beads Out Level 167 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You must execute a strict sequence to drop that curtain. Follow this priority list to clear the top rows and manage the dual-track funnel.

Beating the Top Row Grid in Beads Out Level 167

The opening moves are entirely dictated by the yellow and dark blue beads sitting at the very front of the chute. You need six fast clears.

  1. Tap the Yellow Box from the top row. Send the yellow beads through the chute to clear it instantly.
  2. Tap the Dark Blue Box from the top row. The dark blue beads are sitting right behind the yellow. Clear them out. That is two clears toward the curtain.
  3. Look at the right side of the track. Pull the first Purple Box to the Dock. Feed the purple beads moving down the right loop.
  4. Pull the Grey Box. You have grey beads trailing right behind the purple on the right track. Send them in.
  5. Pull the second Purple Box. Clear the remaining purple beads from the right side. You now have five clears.
  6. You need one more clear to drop the curtain. Look at the left track. The bright green beads are moving up. Pull the Dark Green Box from the second row and fill it using the green clusters feeding into the loop.
  7. The curtain drops. The entire bottom section of the board is yours.

Breaking the Curtain Blocker in Beads Out Level 167

Once the 6-count curtain drops, the true nature of Beads Out 167 reveals itself. The hidden bottom rows contain Light Blue, Orange, Light Green, and Dark Blue Boxes. More importantly, the game introduces Half Boxes.

These 50% boxes require half the normal amount of beads to clear. You will see a Dark Green Half Box, a Grey Half Box, and a Light Blue Half Box enter the rotation.

  1. Prioritize the Half Boxes immediately. Pull the Grey 50% Box to the Dock. A small cluster of grey beads from the upper right track will clear it instantly.
  2. Pull the Dark Green 50% Box. The left track has a large block of dark green moving toward the center. Tap it. The box clears in one second.
  3. Now you must handle the massive red and orange blocks on the left track. Pull the Red Box and the Orange Box (revealed when the curtain fell) into the Dock.
  4. Feed the giant red and orange chains from the left side. This drains massive pressure from the Conveyor.
  5. Do not let the right side stall. Pull the Light Blue 50% Box to catch the cyan beads coming down the outer edge.

Managing the Remaining Grid in Beads Out Level 167

The board is open, but the Conveyor is still pumping thick blocks of brown and light green beads. The bottom of your grid holds the remaining Brown and Light Green Boxes.

  1. Pull the Brown Box up to the Dock. The left track has a heavy brown block moving down. Clear it.
  2. Pull the Light Green Box. You have light green beads fractured on both the left and right sides. Tap both sides to fill the box fast.
  3. Finish off the stragglers. You will have a White Box and a Magenta Box left. The corresponding beads are finally reaching the central chute. Route them in.
  4. Clear the final Dark Blue Box using the last beads on the right track. Keep your taps rhythmic so the final beads do not bunch up at the central funnel.
