Beads Out Level 287 Guide: The Gatekeeper Gridlock
You load up this board and instantly see the problem. Beads Out Level 287 is a masterclass in gridlock. The game deliberately feeds you beads you cannot use while hiding the Boxes you desperately need.
Look at the bottom area. A tight grid of Boxes sits below the Dock. The top row only has two containers: a Yellow Box on the left and an Orange Box on the right. These are your gatekeepers. You cannot touch the twelve Boxes beneath them until they move.
Now look up at the Conveyor. The immediate bead at the left exit is Purple. The immediate bead at the right exit is Green. Neither of these match your gatekeeper Boxes. If you blindly tap, you fail. This level demands perfect Dock management. You have to fill your lower slots with the exact right sequence of useless Boxes just to dig down to the one Box that actually matches the front of the line.
Here is exactly how to break the board wide open.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 287
You need to understand the track layout before you make a single move. The Conveyor in Beads Out Level 287 is a massive U-shape with an inner buffer loop.
The left branch is stacked. Reading from the bottom exit upward, you have a massive chunk of Purple beads, followed by Brown, Beige, Grey, Pink, Green, and Light Blue. The right branch leads with Green, then Peach/Light Orange, Pink, Light Blue, Blue, Beige, Brown, and more Green.
The inner U-turn loop—your emergency buffer—currently holds Dark Blue, Green, Purple, and Brown.
The lower playfield is the real trap. The Yellow and Orange Boxes sit at the top. Below them is row two: a Beige/White Box, a Purple Box, a Light Blue Box, and a dark Red Box. Row three holds Red, Cyan, Pink, and Dark Blue. The bottom row is buried deep: a Yellowish-Beige Box, a dark Purple Box, a Magenta Box, and a dark Green Box.
The trap is obvious. The Yellow and Orange Boxes block everything. You must pull them down to the Dock. But their matching beads (Beige/Yellow on the left track, Peach/Orange on the right track) are buried behind Purple and Green. You will have to sacrifice Dock space to open the board. The purple Box in row two is your absolute top priority. Getting to it is the only way to clear the massive stack of purple beads clogging the left side of the Conveyor.
Breaking the Top Gatekeepers in Beads Out Level 287
The opening moves require absolute precision. Do not tap the Conveyor. You need to manipulate the lower grid first. Your Dock has four empty slots. You are going to use all four immediately.
- Tap the Yellow Box on the top left. Send it down to the first slot in the Dock.
- Tap the Orange Box on the top right. Send it to the second slot in the Dock. Row two is now exposed.
- Tap the Beige/White Box on the left side of row two. Send it to the third slot.
- Tap the Purple Box. Send it to the final slot in your Dock.
Your Dock is completely full. You have zero room for error. Yellow, Orange, Beige, Purple. They are sitting there empty.
Now, look at the bottom left of the Conveyor. A massive line of Purple beads is sitting right at the exit. 5. Tap the Purple beads. They will rush down, completely filling the Purple Box you just pulled into the Dock. 6. The Purple Box clears the board.
You just survived the opening trap of Beads Out 287. You have one open Dock slot and breathing room.
Managing the Inner Buffer Loop in Beads Out Level 287
The left side of the Conveyor now shows Brown beads. The right side still shows Green. Your open Boxes in the grid are Light Blue, dark Red, and the newly exposed row three (Red, Cyan, Pink, Dark Blue).
You have a dark Green Box buried in the bottom right corner. You cannot reach it. You have to push the Green beads from the right track into the inner buffer loop to expose the Peach/Orange beads behind them.
- Tap the Green beads on the right track. They will flow forward, but since you have no Green Box in the Dock, they divert into the inner U-turn loop. This pushes the Dark Blue, Green, Purple, and Brown beads further around the center track.
- Stop immediately once the Green beads clear the main right exit. Do not flood the inner loop or the Conveyor will jam.
- The right track now exposes Peach/Light Orange beads.
- You still have that Orange Box sitting in your Dock from the very first move.
- Tap the Peach/Orange beads on the right track. Fill the Orange Box.
- The Orange Box clears. You now have two open slots in your Dock.
You broke the gridlock. The Conveyor will physically shift. The upper tracks will feed down, totally changing the color layout. As the beads replenish, the left track transitions into Yellow, Brown, Green, Light Blue, and Dark Blue. The right track shifts into Red, Orange, Blue, Green, Brown, and Red.
Clearing the Bottom Corner Traps in Beads Out Level 287
The midgame requires digging out the bottom corners. You still have that original Yellow Box sitting in the Dock. Look at the freshly shifted left track. Yellow beads are now sitting right at the front. Feed them into the Yellow Box to clear it entirely.
Your Dock is mostly empty now. You can start dismantling the main grid. Pull the Light Blue Box and the dark Red Box down. The right track is now heavily stacked with Red, Orange, and Blue.
Prioritize pulling the Red Box from the left side of the grid. Feed it the massive chunk of Red beads now sitting at the front of the right Conveyor track.
Work your way down the center columns. Pull Cyan, Pink, and Dark Blue to the Dock as their corresponding colors rotate through the inner U-turn loop. Leave the dark Green Box for the absolute end. It is buried in the bottom right corner for a reason. By the time you clear the center block of Boxes, the inner loop will be saturated with the extra Green beads you pushed away during the opening moves.
When you get down to the final four Boxes, the game accelerates. Keep your taps deliberate. Empty the inner loop first before pulling new beads from the outer left or right tracks. Clear the final dark Green and Magenta Boxes to finish the board.
