Beads Out Level 229 Guide: The Sealed Cube Blockade

This board is a massive traffic jam waiting to happen. Beads Out Level 229 puts a heavy wall of standard boxes right up front, but the real threats are buried deep at the bottom of the stack. You are looking at a board choked with dark blue, light green, orange, and purple beads on the main track.

The bottom Box setup is built to trick you. The top row is a flat wall: a White Box, a Yellow Box, a Purple Box, and a Red Box. You have to punch through this first layer just to see the real puzzle. Below that, things get ugly fast. The second row holds a Red Box, Green Box, Brown Box, and Light Pink Box. The third row is where the pain starts. You have two blue Boxes pinned under "3" Sealed Cubes on the outer edges. Sitting right between them is a light yellow Box clamped shut by a Crate Lock. The final row hides a grey Box crushed under a "4" Sealed Cube and a lone light orange Box.

This board is different from easy levels because of what happens when you break that first row. You do not just get to play the next row. The game drops active Half Boxes straight into your Dock, instantly stealing your open slots.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 229

The Conveyor is shaped like a giant circle with two upper feed tracks attached like rabbit ears. Traffic flow here is a nightmare. The bottom section of the main circular loop holds a massive block of dark blue beads on the left, followed by light green, bright orange, and a chunky block of purple beads on the right.

The two upper feed tracks are holding back a ton of necessary colors. The left feed track acts as a holding pen for black, red, and a secondary cluster of orange beads. The right feed track holds light blue, dark green, and yellow beads. They will not enter the main loop until you clear space.

Your lower Dock only has four open slots. Four slots is a tight margin for error.

Look at the orange beads sitting directly above the bottom gate. They look incredibly safe. They are right there, ready to be tapped. Do not touch them. The only light orange Box on the board is buried at the absolute bottom of the entire stack. Tapping orange beads early is a death sentence. Fill your Dock with orange, and you instantly jam the board. The dark blue beads are exactly the same trap. You have a massive chain of dark blue beads, but their Boxes are locked under the "3" Sealed Cubes. Ignore the blue and orange entirely.

The early clear completely rewrites your priority route. Breaking the top row triggers a massive shift. A Red 50% Half Box, a Light Yellow 50% Half Box, and a Light Blue 0% Half Box will slam into the Dock. You go from having four open slots to having just one. You must plan for this.

Beads Out Level 229 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You need strict Conveyor control to beat this. Do not spam taps. Wait for the exact color you need to cycle past the gate.

Punching Through the Top Wall in Beads Out Level 229

Your only goal right now is breaking the top row of boxes without clogging the Dock. Stop looking at the bottom row. You cannot reach it.

  1. Target the Purple Box first. You have a tight cluster of purple beads holding the bottom right corner of the track. Tap them in to clear the Purple Box in the top row.
  2. Hit the Yellow Box. Yellow beads are traveling down the right side of the main loop. Wait for them to line up with the gate. Send them down to finish the yellow requirement.
  3. Ignore the massive block of dark blue beads entirely. Do not tap a single one. Let them cycle.
  4. Fill the Red Box sitting on the top right. Red beads are stacked up high on the left entry track. Let the loop spin until those red beads reach the bottom gate, then tap them down.
  5. Knock out the White Box. You have to wait for the white beads to cycle around from the top feed. Clearing this box shatters the top wall and triggers the next phase.

Surviving the Half Box Wave in Beads Out Level 229

The second row is now exposed: Red, Green, Brown, Light Pink. But your Dock is suddenly in crisis mode. Three Half Boxes just dropped in. You only have one empty slot left.

  1. Feed the Red 50% Half Box sitting in your Dock immediately. You have a second Red Box sitting in the second row, but clearing the Half Box from your Dock takes absolute priority to free up a slot. Funnel the remaining red beads from the left track.
  2. Attack the Light Yellow 50% Half Box next. Find the light yellow beads on the right side of the Conveyor. Send them down. This opens another Dock slot and gets you one step closer to dealing with the center Crate Lock.
  3. Clear the Brown Box. Brown beads are clustered on the lower left side of the track right now. Grab them to open up space above the right-side Sealed Cube.
  4. Hit the Green Box. You need to start doing damage to the "3" Sealed Cubes. Clearing the Green Box sitting directly above the left cube registers a hit, dropping the lock number down to 2.

Cracking the Final Sealed Cubes in Beads Out Level 229

The board is open, but the locks are still active. You must clear adjacent boxes to break them.

  1. Clear the Light Pink Box. This sits directly above the right-side "3" Sealed Cube. Clearing it registers a hit on that cube.
  2. Focus on the Light Blue 0% Half Box stuck in your Dock. Light blue beads are pouring in from the top right feed track now. Empty them into the Dock to finally clear out the Half Box garbage.
  3. Address the main dark blue beads. You ignored them at the start. Now is the time. Clear the remaining boxes touching the "3" Sealed Cubes to crack them open completely. Once they shatter, immediately feed the massive chain of dark blue beads into the exposed Blue Boxes.
  4. The grey "4" Sealed Cube at the bottom left is the final major obstacle. You crack it by clearing everything in the third row. Once the left Blue Box is gone, the grey cube takes final damage and shatters.
  5. The last four speed-up will trigger. The Conveyor moves significantly faster. Do not panic tap. Feed the grey beads into the bottom-left grey Box.
  6. Dump the orange beads you saved all game into the final Light Orange Box to clear the board.
