Beads Out Level 685 Guide: The Shifting Arrow Loop

Beads Out Level 685 throws a massive mechanical headache right in the center of your screen. The dominant bead colors are blue, pink, brown, and green. The colors hardly matter compared to the board structure. A giant rectangular chain of Boxes connected by red arrows dominates the bottom half. You also have a vertical slider track isolated on the far left.

This level is brutal because pulling one Box from that center track immediately yanks every connected Box forward. It destroys your mental map. You need a strict order of operations. One wrong pull into your lower Dock, and the shifting arrows will trap the exact color you needed next.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 685

Open the level and look directly at the bottom. That arrow track is a dynamic conveyor belt of its own. It holds a sequence of Boxes: a Blue, Light Green, a Mystery Box, Olive Green, Brown, Red, another Mystery Box, Dark Green, another Mystery Box, Pink, and a second Red. Every time you clear one, the gap snaps shut. The entire loop rotates.

Above this shifting loop sits a scattered row of colored Boxes and more Mystery Boxes. The top row looks entirely safe. It offers a Light Blue, Gray, Yellow, and White Box. Do not let them distract you. They are accessible, but they do not solve the real puzzle.

Look at the left edge. There is a vertical slider holding a Mystery Box directly on top of a Purple Box. Another Purple Box is completely trapped in the bottom right corner of the board.

Now check the main Conveyor. The bottom chute is instantly choked with Light Pink and Light Blue beads. The left track is hauling up solid blocks of standard Blue, Brown, Pink, and Orange beads. The right track pushes Light Blue, Red, Brown, and Dark Green. The top left entry holds Dark Blue and Purple. The top right entry holds Olive Green.

The lower Dock gives you exactly four empty slots. If you fill them with the wrong colors early on, this board jams in under twenty seconds. The Purple beads are sitting at the very end of the line.

Beads Out Level 685 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You must control the bead feed before you start playing with the shifting arrow loop.

Beating the Opening Jam in Beads Out Level 685

You have to clear the immediate feed choking the bottom of the Conveyor.

  1. Grab the Light Blue Box from the top left corner of the board. Drop it into the Dock.
  2. Snag the Light Pink Box sitting safely on the middle right edge. Put it in the Dock right next to the Light Blue one.
  3. Tap the Conveyor to dump the initial cluster of Light Pink and Light Blue beads. This buys you critical breathing room.
  4. Ignore the Purple Boxes. They are massive bait. The Purple beads are stuck at the very top left of the Conveyor behind a mountain of other colors. Pulling a Purple Box into your Dock right now will permanently kill a slot.
  5. Pull the free Gray Box from the top row only if the right side of the Conveyor starts pushing Gray beads faster than expected.

Manipulating the Arrow Track in Beads Out Level 685

The midgame transition requires you to actively break the center loop apart. You want to shrink this track so the hidden Mystery Boxes reveal themselves.

  1. Target the left side of the arrow loop first. Pull the standard Blue Box into the Dock. The Conveyor has a massive block of Blue beads currently riding up the left side. Let them flow in.
  2. Watch the track shift. When the Blue Box leaves, the Red Box below it slides up. The Pink Box slides left. Every Mystery Box in the chain advances one spot.
  3. Drop the Brown Box from the loop into the Dock. The right side of the Conveyor is dragging a heavy chain of Brown beads right now. Clear them out.
  4. Clear the Green Boxes next. You have Light Green and Dark Green trapped in the loop, plus an Olive Green. Match these carefully with the incoming right-side bead clusters.
  5. Do not touch the slider on the far left yet. Wait until the center loop is reduced to three or four Boxes. You need the main board completely open before you deal with the hidden slider mechanics.

Clearing the Corners in Beads Out Level 685

The final phase speeds up. You must execute precise pulls to finish the remaining traps.

  1. Attack the left slider. Pull the Mystery Box off the top of the Purple Box. Route whatever beads it demands immediately. On this specific board, it will likely reveal a beige or tan color.
  2. Bring down the newly exposed Purple Boxes from the bottom left slider and the bottom right corner. The Dark Blue and Purple beads from the top left of the Conveyor will finally be in striking distance.
  3. Keep your Dock at exactly two active Boxes maximum during the Last Four speed-up. The bead feed gets extremely aggressive here.
  4. Clear the remaining Yellow or White Boxes from the top row. Feed the final beads to finish the board.
