Beads Out Level 482 Guide: The Double Crate Lock Blockade

Look at the board. You have an hourglass-shaped Conveyor absolutely stuffed with fragmented color blocks. Light Pink, Brown, Light Blue, and Green dominate the upper left track. Dark Blue, Light Blue, Red, and Green run down the right. Purple, Olive, and Grey clog the bottom loop right by the exit chute.

The real nightmare in Beads Out Level 482 sits in the Box grid below. You have solid vertical columns on the far left and far right marked with heavy yellow-and-black warning tape. Those side columns trap Olive, Purple, Dark Green, Dark Red, and Dark Blue Boxes. You cannot touch them early. They are strictly endgame targets.

Your bottom Dock starts with four active slots. Right out of the gate, you see Light Pink, Light Orange, Light Green, and Grey Boxes sitting there ready to accept beads. An Orange Box is hovering just above the Dock, waiting to drop.

Why is this board brutal? The middle is chained down. Two separate Crate Locks block your path down the center columns. One pins a Light Blue to a Brown Box in the third row. The other pins a Light Green to a Light Blue Box deeper down in the grid. You have to feed the loose boxes around these locks without maxing out your Conveyor capacity. One wrong tap on a trapped color and you jam. You must clear the center before touching the warning tape edges.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 482

Stop tapping and look at the grid. The warning tape columns on the extreme left and right are pure bait. Ignore them completely. The Olive, Purple, and Dark Red Boxes sitting on those striped tiles will not help you right now. Your immediate focus must be the center three columns where the locks live.

The Conveyor gets messy at the bottom immediately. Purple, Olive, and Grey beads sit right at the exit chute. You have a Grey Box active on the right side of the Dock. That is your early pressure release valve. Hitting the Grey beads clears the immediate bottleneck.

Notice the Half Boxes scattered in the grid. You have a Light Yellow Half Box and a White Half Box wedged near the center. Do not let these distract you. They take fewer beads to clear, but they block vital full-sized Boxes beneath them. You clear them only when they hit the Dock.

The trap colors in Beads Out Level 482 are Dark Blue and Red. You see a huge string of Dark Blue beads sitting on the top right loop of the Conveyor, and Red beads just below them. You have no active Boxes for these colors. Touching them is instant death. They will flood the lower loop, block the exit, and cause a jam.

Your early clear changes the whole route. Snapping up the Light Pink beads from the top left feeds the top-left Box. Clearing the Light Green beads feeds the top-middle Box. Once those exit the Dock, you finally expose the first Crate Lock holding the Brown and Light Blue Boxes hostage. The lower Dock only holds four active Boxes at a time. Every color you feed must result in a Box progressing toward 100%. If you leave boxes at 50% for too long, you choke your own board.

Beads Out Level 482 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Time to execute. This is exactly how you pull apart the blockade and beat the level.

Busting the First Locks in Beads Out Level 482

The opening moves dictate the rest of the match. You need the Crate Locks exposed fast. Do not look at the outer edges.

  1. Feed the Grey Box first. Tap the short string of Grey beads sitting at the bottom right of the Conveyor loop. This gets them out of the chute and fills the active Grey Box on the far right of the Dock.
  2. Clear the Light Pink. You have a massive chain of Light Pink beads on the top left. Send them down. This maxes out the Light Pink Box on the top left of the grid. It clears instantly.
  3. Process the Light Green. Send the Green beads from the middle-left of the Conveyor. This starts filling the Light Green Box sitting in the third slot of the Dock, bringing it to 50%.
  4. Ignore the Purple and Olive. The bottom of your Conveyor is choked with Purple and Olive beads. Leave them alone. You do not have an active Box for them yet. Hitting them will burn your buffer space.
  5. Drop the Orange Box. Clearing the Light Pink makes room for the hovering Orange Box to drop into the active Dock.

Once the Light Pink and Grey Boxes leave the board, you expose the top layer of the middle grid. This brings the first Crate Lock into striking distance.

Surviving the Midgame Crunch in Beads Out Level 482

The board opens up, but the danger goes up. Your active Dock now features a Light Green Box sitting at 50%, a White Box at 50%, a Light Orange Box, and a Brown Box. The Brown Box is part of that top Crate Lock.

  1. Feed the White Box. You have a White string of beads trapped behind the Green on the left side of the Conveyor. Once the path is clear, tap the White. This fills the White Box now sitting on your Dock.
  2. Break the first Crate Lock. You need Brown beads. Look at the top left of the Conveyor, right behind where the Light Pink used to be. Tap the Brown chain. This fills the Brown Box and destroys the Crate Lock pinning the Light Blue Box next to it.
  3. Feed the Light Blue. With the lock gone, the Light Blue Box drops to the active Dock. Grab the Light Blue beads sitting right below the Brown on the Conveyor.
  4. Manage the second Crate Lock. You still have a Crate Lock pinning a lower Light Green and Light Blue Box. You need more Light Green beads. Grab the string from the upper right of the Conveyor to finish filling the Light Green Box on your Dock.

At this stage, the middle columns are nearly empty. The jam risk moves to the right side of the Conveyor, where massive chunks of Dark Blue, Purple, and Red are waiting. Keep your hands off them. Only feed colors that have a ready Box in the bottom Dock.

Clearing the Warning Tape Columns in Beads Out Level 482

You survived the middle blockade. Now you have to dismantle the outer columns sitting on the yellow-and-black warning tape.

  1. Activate the left tape column. With the center clear, the Olive Box drops from the top left of the striped column. Feed it using the Olive beads stuck at the bottom middle of the Conveyor.
  2. Process the Purple. The Purple Box is next in line on that left striped column. Tap the huge Purple chain at the bottom right of the Conveyor. This clears massive space on the track.
  3. Attack the right tape column. Now focus on the right side. You have a Dark Red Box trapped at the top. Wait for it to drop into the Dock, then feed it the Red beads from the middle-right of the Conveyor.
  4. Drop the Dark Blue. The massive Dark Blue chain at the top right of the Conveyor has been sitting there all game. Finally, the Dark Blue Box drops from the right striped column. Tap the beads. Watch them flood in.

When only four Boxes remain, Beads Out Level 482 speeds up. The Conveyor moves faster. Do not panic tap. You only have Dark Green, Yellow-Olive, and a couple of final Boxes left. Match the remaining colors directly as they hit the bottom chute. Keep your screen taps deliberate, feed the final active slots, and the board clears.
