Beads Out Level 522 Guide: The Red Key and Sealed Cube Wall
Beads Out Level 522 is a brutal lesson in space management. You drop into a board heavily populated with Half Boxes, two massive Sealed Cubes acting as a wall, and a hostage situation in the lower right corner. Your immediate problem is the Conveyor. It feeds Purple, Magenta, and Green beads right from the start, but your accessible Boxes do not perfectly match this flow.
The real target is buried. Look at the bottom left corner. A single Blue Key rests on top of a Red Box. You need that key. Over on the bottom right, a Crate Lock chain completely deadlocks the entire lower right section of the board, trapping an Olive Green Box, a Brown Box, and multiple Yellow Half Boxes. You cannot finish this level without breaking that chain. To get the key, you have to dig straight down the left side while ignoring the icy Sealed Cubes stacked on the right.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 522
You have four empty slots in your upper Dock. Do not fill them carelessly. This specific board is loaded with Half Boxes—containers that only hold 50% capacity before needing a second half to merge and clear.
The top row sits directly under the Dock. From left to right, you face a Light Pink Half Box, a White Half Box, a full Magenta Box, a full Orange Box, and a Dark Red Half Box.
Directly below that top layer, things get messy. The left and center columns feature a solid Purple Box, a Yellow Half Box, a Pink Box, and another Bright Green Box. On the right side of this middle section, two frozen Sealed Cubes marked with "700" block the vertical drop. These ice blocks are dead weight. They trap a Green Half Box and a Purple Box directly under them.
The bottom half of the board splits into two alcoves. The left alcove holds Light Blue, Grey, Blue, Dark Green, and finally the critical Red Box holding the key. A rogue Orange Half Box sits beside it. The right alcove is a total dead zone. A thick metal chain stretches across an Olive Green Box, clamping down the entry point. Under the chain, you have a Brown Box and a Pink Box. Tucked into a weird cut-out on the far right edge are two stacked Yellow Half Boxes.
The Conveyor snake is punishing. The front of the line pushes a massive block of Purple beads, followed by Magenta, Green, Red, Grey, Olive Green, Orange, and Blue. If you pull the wrong Half Boxes into the Dock too early, you will trap yourself. Four mismatched Half Boxes sitting at 50% in the Dock means a game over. The belt will jam instantly.
Beads Out Level 522 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Follow this exact clearing order to manage the Dock space, fetch the key, and break open the right side of the board.
Beating the Half Box Trap in Beads Out Level 522
Your opening moves dictate whether you survive the first thirty seconds. You need to pull full containers into the Dock to chew through the early bead sequence.
- Clear the top full boxes first. Tap the Magenta Box and the Orange Box in the top row. The Conveyor feeds Magenta beads early, so the Magenta Box will fill and clear out of the Dock quickly.
- Manage the Purple flood. The S-curve pushes a huge line of Purple beads right away. Tap the solid Purple Box sitting in the second row on the left. Let it absorb the Purple wave and clear the board.
- Merge the Yellow Half Boxes. You have a Yellow Half Box in the second row and another one sitting directly beneath it. Tap both. They will move to the Dock, merge into a full Yellow Box, and sit at 50% capacity. This is safe. They only take up one slot instead of two.
- Ignore the White and Light Pink Half Boxes. Leave them at the top left. The Conveyor does not feed White or Light Pink beads early. If you pull them into the Dock now, they will sit there at 50%, eating up vital sorting slots while the belt backs up with Green and Red beads.
Rushing the Red Key Box in Beads Out Level 522
With the top center clear, your path to the bottom left is open. You must ignore the right side entirely. Those two 700 Sealed Cubes are traps. Route around them.
- Dig down the left columns. Tap the Pink Box and the Bright Green Box in the middle-left area. The Conveyor has a heavy Green section coming up right after the Magenta beads. Filling that Green Box removes a massive chunk of the blocker chain.
- Clear the blue and grey blockers. Keep working the left side. Tap the Light Blue Box, the Grey Box, and the Dark Blue Box. Do not let your Dock fill with containers that do not have matching beads on the immediate Conveyor path. Look at the belt. Feed exactly what is coming next.
- Grab the Blue Key. Once you clear the Dark Green Box, the Red Box at the very bottom left is exposed. Tap it. The Blue Key will immediately fly across the board and smash into the Crate Lock on the right side.
- Watch the chain break. The metal chain disappears. The right side of the board is now completely live.
Cleaning Up the Unchained Right Side in Beads Out Level 522
The board opens up entirely once the lock breaks. The Conveyor will start feeding the back-half colors, matching the containers you just unlocked.
- Clear the Olive Green Box. This was the container directly under the chain. Send it to the Dock. The belt has a long string of Olive Green beads waiting in the middle of the S-curve.
- Merge the bottom right Yellow Half Boxes. Tucked in the far right corner are two Yellow Half Boxes. Tap them both. They will merge in the Dock. If you still have the other Yellow Box sitting at 50% from the early game, the beads will finally fill it and clear it from the board.
- Empty the Brown Box. The Brown container at the bottom right is now free. The Conveyor has a thick line of Brown beads near the end of the visible track. Route them in.
- Clean up the remaining Half Boxes. Now you can finally pull down the Light Pink, White, and Dark Red Half Boxes from the top corners. The Dock is empty, and the Conveyor has the random scrap colors left to fill them.
Keep your Dock lean. Only pull a Half Box when you can immediately merge it with its twin. Break the left side, grab the key, and Beads Out 522 collapses easily.
