Beads Out Level 585 Guide: The Striped Funnel Trap
This board is brutal. You open Beads Out Level 585 and immediately see half the grid locked down by unmovable terrain. The bottom half of the playfield is dominated by yellow and black striped warning tiles. These tiles create a rigid funnel, forcing all the central Boxes into a tight bottleneck.
The dominant colors leading the Conveyor are a massive cluster of Brown, followed by Dark Green, Light Pink, and Red. You have limited time to react before that S-curve pushes the Brown beads to the exit. Look at the very bottom of the grid. You have an Orange box locked in the center, flanked by two numbered Crate Locks—a Brown "2" on the left and a Dark Blue "2" on the right. You cannot reach the bottom corners until those numbers drop to zero. This specific board tests your restraint. If you clog your Dock with colors meant for the bottom corners, the massive S-curve buffer will overflow and kill your run.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 585
Treat the yellow and black striped blocks as solid walls. They dictate your entire strategy. The Boxes sitting on those striped platforms—the Olive Green, Red, Purple, and Dark Blue ones on the outer edges—are stuck. They will not drop. They will not shift. You have to feed them right where they sit, but only when the Conveyor offers the exact right sequence.
The S-curve of the Conveyor is your first real enemy. It holds a long line of Brown beads right at the front, but you do not have an accessible Brown Box at the start. That means you have to let the Brown cluster ride the belt while you desperately clear the top rows.
The left side of the drop zone features a stacked Dark Green and Light Pink combo dropping straight into the Dock. The second row holds Peach, Dark Green, Orange, and Light Pink. The third row holds Olive Green, Peach, Light Blue, and Bright Pink.
Notice the trap here. The outer columns are dead ends. The entire middle of the board acts as a plug. You must clear the Peach, Orange, and Light Blue Boxes in the center just to reach the lower Grey box and access the numbered Crate Locks at the bottom. Do not waste Dock space on the trapped outer Boxes until the center channel is completely hollowed out.
Beads Out Level 585 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Your priority is digging straight down the middle. Ignore the striped outer edges entirely. Control the Dock and keep it open for the colors immediately arriving on the S-curve.
Breaking the Top Stack in Beads Out Level 585
The opening sequence requires precision. You must grab what is available without blocking your own exit.
- Tap the stacked Light Pink and Dark Green Boxes above the left side of the Dock. Drop them in.
- Feed the Light Pink beads from the Conveyor to clear that first Box instantly.
- Tap the second Light Pink Box located on the far right of the second row.
- The Conveyor will present a short Dark Green cluster. Feed it into your waiting Dark Green Box.
- Let the massive Brown cluster pass the exit. Do not try to force it. You have no Brown Box ready yet.
- Target the Peach and Orange Boxes in the upper middle. Drop them into the Dock to start hollowing out the center.
- Feed the Red, Yellow, and Blue beads coming down the line into the newly dropped Boxes.
Clearing the Striped Funnel in Beads Out Level 585
Once the top three rows are gone, the board dynamics shift entirely. The central bottleneck opens up, giving you access to the lower mechanics.
- Drop the Grey Box sitting in the middle of the funnel into your Dock.
- Look at the S-curve now. It is packed with Grey, Light Green, Dark Blue, and Yellow. Feed the Grey Box immediately to clear it from the Dock.
- Target the Orange box sitting at the very bottom center between the Crate Locks. Feed it to clear the "1" lock and blow it off the board.
- Now you have access to the Brown "2" lock and the Dark Blue "2" lock.
- Start feeding the Brown beads that have cycled back around the S-curve. You need two distinct Brown clusters to drop the lock counter to zero.
- Do the same for the Dark Blue lock on the right side.
- Keep the Red and Purple Boxes sitting on the striped platforms strictly on standby. Only tap them into the Dock if you have a massive line of Red or Purple threatening to jam the Conveyor.
The Final Crate Locks in Beads Out Level 585
With the middle completely empty and the numbered locks destroyed, the board is yours.
- The bottom corners are now exposed. Drop the Dark Blue Boxes from the bottom left and right corners into the Dock.
- Feed the remaining Dark Blue and Light Green lines from the S-curve.
- Clean up the isolated Red and Olive Green Boxes stuck on the left and right striped platforms.
- When you hit the final four Boxes, the game will speed up. Keep your taps fast and focus purely on the longest remaining color chain on the belt. Clear the last remaining Light Pink and Purple Boxes to finish the level.
