Beads Out Level 254 Guide: The Hourglass Conveyor and Numbered Crates Trap

This board is brutal. Beads Out Level 254 drops you into a Hard difficulty stage with zero room for error. The Conveyor forms a massive figure-8 or hourglass shape, pinching in the middle before dropping beads out at the bottom center gate.

Look at the bottom area. It is a complete mess. You have a highly restricted four-slot Dock. Above that, the Box layout is totally jammed. You are staring at a wall of Half Boxes stacked on top of weird special blockers. Specifically, you have two orange Numbered Crates sitting in the bottom left, marked with the number 9. Right next to them sits a massive blue Sealed Cube trapped in ice, marked with 400. You cannot access the deep lower grid until you clear the top layers. The sheer volume of beads feeding into the hourglass neck means you will jam the Conveyor instantly if you pull colors out of order.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 254

You have to read the exact bead feed before you tap anything.

The Conveyor splits into two distinct supply lines. Down the left lane, the sequence is packed: Blue, Yellow, Green, Red, Purple, Light Blue, Red, and ending in Purple at the gate. Down the right lane, you have Dark Blue, Pink, Dark Green, Pink, Green, Red, and ending in Pink at the gate.

Right at the exit, the game hands you Purple, Pink, and Red.

Now look at your available Boxes. The left side features a clean stack of Half Boxes. You have a Red Half Box next to a Light Blue Half Box on the top row. Below them sit a Purple Half Box and a Dark Green Half Box.

The right side is totally different. You have a Yellow Half Box sitting alone, with a White Half Box placed lower and further right.

Beneath all of this junk sits the trap. The lower right grid contains standard Purple, Red, Pink, Grey, and Green boxes, but they are completely blocked by the Sealed Cube and the upper Half Boxes.

The buffer economy here is horrific. Your Dock only holds four boxes. If you send a box to the Dock that you cannot immediately fill, you lose a slot. Lose two slots, and the level becomes practically impossible because the hourglass neck will crowd and halt the feed. You must clear the immediate exit beads first. Purple is your primary target. Pink is secondary. Red is your transition color.

Beads Out Level 254 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this exact pull order. Do not deviate. The Conveyor will punish random tapping.

Cracking the Opening Choke Point in Beads Out Level 254

You have to relieve pressure at the bottom gate immediately.

  1. Tap the Purple beads first. Send them straight into the Purple Half Box on the middle-left stack. This clears the immediate left side of the exit gate.
  2. Pull the Pink beads. You do not have a visible Pink Box on the upper layer, but you must move these to access the right lane. Send the Pink box from the hidden lower grid to your Dock to catch these.
  3. Grab the Red beads. The Red Half Box is sitting top-left. Fill it.
  4. Target the Light Blue. With the first wave gone, a Light Blue bead drops down the left lane. Send it into the top-left Light Blue Half Box.
  5. Clear the Dark Green. A Dark Green bead is creeping down the right side of the hourglass. You have a Dark Green Half Box sitting middle-left. Fill it and get it off the board.

Stop and look at your Dock. You should have cleared multiple Half Boxes from the left stack. The board is starting to open up, but the left lane is getting dangerously heavy with Green, Yellow, and Blue beads. Do not touch them yet. You need the correct Boxes to drop.

Breaking the Sealed Cube Trap in Beads Out Level 254

The opening moves expose the lower sections of the board. You now have to deal with the heavy bead clusters trapped high up in the hourglass.

  1. Prioritize the Green beads. A large cluster of Green is pushing down the right side. You have a Green box buried in the lower right grid. Pull it up to the Dock and dump the entire right-side Green chain into it.
  2. Process the Yellow chain. The left lane has a massive block of Yellow beads. You have a Yellow Half Box sitting top-right. Send the Yellows there to break the left-lane traffic jam.
  3. Hit the orange Numbered Crates. As you clear the Half Boxes above them, these crates become vulnerable. You must clear adjacent matching beads to chip away at that "9" counter.
  4. Melt the iced Sealed Cube. The blue block marked "400" blocks the entire lower middle. Route any matching blue beads into nearby boxes to trigger clears next to this block. You cannot reach the deep Pink and Grey boxes until this ice shatters.
  5. Clear the top-heavy Blues. You have Dark Blue sitting top-right and regular Blue sitting top-left. Once the lower grid opens, find their matching boxes and flush them out.

The biggest failure point in this midgame phase is the right lane. If you ignore the Pink and Dark Blue beads stuck on the right track, they will slide down and block the exit gate. Keep alternating between left and right track pulls. Never let one side of the figure-8 empty out completely while the other side backs up.

Surviving the Last Four Speed-Up in Beads Out Level 254

Once you crack the Sealed Cube and smash the Numbered Crates, the board drops the remaining standard boxes from the bottom grid.

  1. Sort the Grey and remaining Pink beads. The bottom right grid holds a Grey box. Pull it to the Dock.
  2. Manage the speed increase. When only four Boxes remain, Beads Out Level 254 speeds up the Conveyor.
  3. Dump the stragglers. You will have random singles—one Red, one Green, one Purple—racing around the track. Just keep your eyes on the exit gate. Do not chase beads at the top of the track. Wait for them to hit the bottom center, tap them into the final Boxes in your Dock, and finish the board.
