Beads Out Level 268 Guide: The Red Bead Blockade and Bottom-Row Key Trap

Beads Out Level 268 is a brutal excavation job. The board presents an immediate threat right at the exit point of the Conveyor. A massive, solid block of Red beads sits dead center, choking the entire flow. You cannot do anything until you clear that blockade.

Worse, this board forces you to work backwards. The top row of the Dock features an Orange Box, a Red Box, a White Box trapped under a yellow Crate Lock, and an Olive Green Box. You need that White Box to clear the left side of the track. You cannot use it. The Key to that lock is sitting on top of a Blue Box buried in the bottom right corner of the board.

This board is different from easier levels because the dependency chain is brutally long. You have to clear four layers of garbage—including multiple Half Boxes, numbered Sealed Cubes, and unknown Mystery Boxes—just to reach the Key. If you tap the wrong colors early and fill the limited spaces at the bottom of the screen, you will jam the track and fail. You have to dictate the exact order of operations.

Breaking the Red Choke Point in Beads Out Level 268

The opening taps dictate the rest of the match. You have to clear the exit immediately.

1. Tap the massive cluster of Red beads at the bottom center of the Conveyor. Send them straight into the top Red Box. This opens the exit and allows the side lanes to start moving.
2. Tap the Orange beads coming down the track. Fill the top-left Orange Box.
3. Fill the Olive Green Box in the top right.
4. Stop and look at the left lane. Do not touch the White beads. Ignore them completely. The Crate Lock is still active.
5. Target the Cyan Half Box and Yellow Half Box in the second and third rows. Funnel the corresponding beads into them as they slide down the right side of the track. Merging these gets them off the board and shifts the middle rows downward.

Cracking the Sealed Cubes in Beads Out Level 268

The finish line requires precision. The board is mostly empty, but the White beads are likely jamming the left side of the Conveyor by now.

1. Target the Blue Box on the bottom row. Send the Blue beads into it. Once the Blue Box fills, the Key activates.
2. Watch the Key fly up and shatter the Crate Lock on the White Box in the top row. The trap is finally disabled.
3. Immediately tap the White beads that have been clogging the left lane. Send them into the newly opened White Box. This relieves the pressure on the entire Conveyor.
4. Clean up the remaining Half Boxes. You have multiple Brown Half Boxes and a Magenta Half Box sitting in the middle rows. Feed the Brown and Magenta beads from the inner loops to merge and clear them.
5. Finish off the bottom row. Send the remaining Light Orange beads into the bottom right Light Orange Box. Clear any straggler colors to empty the track and beat the level.
