Beads Out Level 396 Guide: The Right-Side Crate Lock Trap
This board tricks you. The left side looks incredibly open. It is pure bait. The real problem dominating this layout is the massive vertical wall of Crate Locks suffocating the right side of your grid. You have a Pink Sealed Cube sitting in the exact bottom right corner demanding two hits. Until that cube breaks, half your board remains entirely paralyzed.
The top Conveyor setup relies on a dual-arm feed dumping into a central O-ring. The left arm holds solid, segmented lines of Dark Green, Gray, Light Pink, and Tan. The right arm holds Light Pink, Red, Dark Blue, and Brown. The O-ring itself is a chaotic, messy mix of Tan, Purple, Blue, White, Purple, Red, and Brown.
You have a standard four-slot Dock. Every decision comes down to managing the junk currently spinning inside that O-ring. If you pull the wrong Box from the bottom and allow the top arms to dump unplayable colors into the center, the O-ring jams. The track stops. Game over. You must control the feed rate.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 396
Look directly at the bottom Box arrangement. You have five columns and five rows. The spread is highly specific.
The top row gives you immediate access to Bright Green, Purple, Olive Green, Beige, and a Brown Half Box starting at 0%.
Rows two through five on the left side are totally exposed. You can grab Brown, Orange, Dark Green, Gray, Pink, Peach, Light Blue, Red, and White right away. No barriers block them. Just free grabs. Do not touch them yet. Early pulling from the bottom left is how you lose this level.
Column four is a nightmare. A vertical stack of yellow-and-black Crate Locks traps a Green Box, a Yellow Box, and two Dark Blue Boxes. You cannot access these. They are dead space.
Column five hides the true bottleneck. The Pink Sealed Cube sits at the bottom right. You need to hit it twice to clear it. To hit it, you need the Light Pink and Pink Boxes. Where are they? Buried in row three and row four on the left side of the grid.
This layout strictly defines your route. You must dig straight down through the safe left side specifically to extract those Pink Boxes. At the exact same time, you must keep the central Conveyor ring from choking on the Purple and Brown beads already sitting inside it.
Beads Out Level 396 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Follow this extraction order. Order is everything here. You have zero room for random taps.
Busting the Top Row in Beads Out Level 396
The start is heavily dictated by the immediate clutter in the central ring. You need track space instantly.
- Send the Purple Box (top row, second column) to the Dock. Look at the central Conveyor loop. It is choked with two separate clusters of Purple beads. Suck these up immediately. This buys you crucial physical space on the track. Space is your only currency right now.
- Tap the Brown Half Box (top right) into the Dock. The right arm is pushing a massive line of Brown beads directly toward the ring. Let them flow in. The ring also has loose Brown beads. Fill the Brown box to clear it entirely off the board.
- Bring down the Beige/Tan Box (top row, fourth column). The left arm feeds Tan. The ring has a small Tan chunk. Clear it out fast.
- Send the Bright Green Box (top left) to the Dock. You have no Bright Green on the tracks yet. Leave it sitting in the Dock for a moment. It acts as a necessary placeholder while you shift focus to the next rows.
The Dark Blue Midgame Trap in Beads Out Level 396
The top row is gone. The Conveyor is moving. The trap is now active. The right arm is preparing to feed Dark Blue beads into the center. Your Dark Blue Boxes are trapped under the Crate Locks. You must stall the right arm from moving.
- Ignore the right side completely. Shift to the left. Tap the Dark Green Box (row two, middle) into the Dock. The left arm is heavily stacked with Dark Green. Let it run and fill the box.
- Grab the Gray Box (row three, left edge). The left arm has a long strip of Gray beads directly behind the Dark Green. Absorb them.
- Dig deeper. Pull the Brown Box (row two, left) and the Orange Box (row two, column two). Keep hollowing out the upper left quadrant.
- The right arm is currently blocked by Red beads waiting to enter. Leave the Red Boxes alone. Do not clear Red yet. If you clear Red, the Dark Blue beads will dump into the O-ring and cause a fatal jam. Let the right side sit perfectly still.
The Sealed Cube Finish in Beads Out Level 396
You finally have clear access to the necessary pink variants. It is time to crack the anchor.
- Tap the Pink Box (row three, column two) and the Light Pink Box (row four, column two) into the Dock.
- The left arm feeds Light Pink. The right arm also feeds Light Pink behind the initial lines. As these fill, they trigger hits on the Pink Sealed Cube in the bottom right corner.
- The Sealed Cube shatters. The bottom right opens up. The massive wall of Crate Locks shifts.
- Immediately target the Dark Blue Boxes that just freed up in column four. Send both Dark Blue Boxes to the Dock.
- Now, finally, grab the Red Box. Clear the Red beads that have been stalling the right arm.
- The Dark Blue beads will rush into the central ring. Your waiting Dark Blue Boxes will instantly suck them up. The trap is bypassed.
- Grab the Yellow Box (column four). The ring has Yellow beads waiting.
- Mop up the remaining lower boxes. Light Blue, Peach, and White. The Conveyor is completely untangled. The last four boxes trigger the speed-up. Keep your Dock slots matched to whatever color is physically closest to the bottom exit point on the central ring. Clear the board.
