Beads Out Level 821 hits you with a massive choke point right at the start. Look at the lower half of the board. A heavy steel chain completely locks down the entire bottom right section. That Red Lock is the sole reason this board fails. The key to open it sits on a Light Blue Box buried deep in the bottom-left lane.

If you ignore that left lane, you lose. The Conveyor will flood. You will run out of valid moves. The board will jam. You need a strict, surgical approach to dig down the left side while managing the top rows. The top slots must clear in exact order to control the flow.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 821

Open the level. Look at the massive U-shaped Conveyor. You get a huge block of Red beads parked right at the bottom center output. To the left, you see a long strip of Light Green beads followed by Orange. To the right, Olive beads lead into Dark Green and White. The inner loop holds Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Pink. This bead order dictates your opening perfectly.

Your Dock starts with four active slots. Right beneath it sits the first barrier. This top row contains Red, Olive, Light Blue, and White Boxes.

Look deeper. Row four contains a nasty Crate Lock joining a Light Green Box to a Pink Box. You cannot clear one without clearing the other. Underneath that mess is the chained section. The chain blocks Dark Green, Light Green, Orange, and Light Blue Boxes. They are completely dead weight right now.

Your absolute priority is the left lane. It stacks Dark Olive, Teal, Purple, Light Orange, and finally, the Light Blue Box holding the precious Red Key. Every move you make must serve the goal of unearthing that left column. Do not waste space in the Dock clearing random Boxes on the right side. If it doesn't help you dig left, ignore it.

If you grab the Dark Blue beads from the inner loop before the top row clears, they just sit in the Dock. They take up a precious slot. You only have four. Fill two slots with useless colors, and the level is bricked.

Follow this exact sequence. One wrong tap fills your Dock and ruins the run.

Clearing the Frontline in Beads Out Level 821

You have to get the top row out of the way immediately. The Conveyor flow gives you an easy out. You just have to follow the bead order.

1. Tap the massive cluster of Red beads at the bottom center of the Conveyor. This instantly fills the Red Box on the far left of the top row.
2. Tap the Olive beads on the right side of the Conveyor. Send them into the Olive Box sitting in the second slot.
3. Look at the inner loop of the Conveyor. Tap the Light Blue beads to fill the Light Blue Box.
4. Grab the White beads coming down the far right side of the track. Put them into the White Box.
5. The entire top row is now gone. The Dock is clear. You can now access the Dark Olive, Light Orange, Beige, and Light Pink Boxes in row two.
6. Hit the Dark Olive Box on the far left. You must aggressively clear the left column.

Now the real puzzle begins. You have to tunnel down to the Red Key. Do not get distracted by the Crate Lock in the middle yet. The Beige and Light Pink Boxes are tempting. Ignore them. They are bait. Every bead you send to a non-essential Box pulls the wrong colors down the Conveyor.

7. Clear the Teal Box in the left lane. Use the beads looping around the left side of the Conveyor.
8. Clear the Purple Box. This fully exposes the bottom-left corridor.
9. You now have access to the Light Orange Box and the Light Blue Box with the Red Key. Send Orange beads from the left arm of the Conveyor to finish the Light Orange Box.
10. Tap the Light Blue beads from the inner loop. Fill the Light Blue Box at the very bottom left.
11. The Red Key flies over to the lock. The chain breaks. The entire right side of the board is now playable.

14. Watch the Dock. You will see 50% Half Boxes spawn. Red and Light Orange are the first to drop. When two identical 50% Half Boxes sit in the Dock, tap the matching beads to fill them. They merge and clear instantly.
