Beads Out Level 518 Guide: The Caution Tape Spine and Mystery Curtain

Beads Out Level 518 hits hard. You drop in and immediately face a massive red curtain blocking the left side of the board. This is a heavy Mystery Box requiring five separate matches to clear. The colors on this board are all over the place. You are staring at massive clusters of dark purple, light purple, pink, magenta, and multiple shades of green. It is incredibly easy to tap the wrong shade and jam your Dock.

The lower board placement is the real trap here. A vertical column of caution tape runs straight down the center. It holds a Brown, Peach, Dark Purple, and Pink Box. You cannot reach the lower halves of the left or right zones until you break this central spine. The right side features a stepped layout hiding a nasty Crate Lock connecting two Light Green Half Boxes at the very bottom. You have to play top-down, but the W-shaped Conveyor makes that difficult. The center dips of the track are jammed with beads you desperately need but cannot reach.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 518

Look closely at the Conveyor. It has four distinct branches. The far-left outer arm holds a long streak of Pink, Orange, Light Blue, Dark Blue, and Red beads. The inner-left dip is stuffed with Light Green and Purple. The inner-right dip traps Olive Green and Light Blue. The far-right outer arm contains Dark Green, Purple, Brown, Light Green, and Olive Green. A large cluster of Purple and Yellow beads plugs the bottom exit.

Your initial Boxes sit in a straight row across the top: Silver, Dark Purple, Orange, Light Green, Peach, and Light Purple. These are your only legal targets at the start. Everything else is buried.

Do not ignore the red curtain Mystery Box on the left. It has a big '5' on it. This means you must clear five surrounding boxes or feed it five distinct color matches once it opens. Right above it sit a Dark Blue and a Red Box. You must clear those quickly to get access to the curtain. On the right side, the board steps down awkwardly. You have Light Blue, Red, Peach, and Purple Boxes stacked unevenly. Down at the very bottom right, a Crate Lock clamps two Light Green Half Boxes together.

The biggest risk in Beads Out Level 518 is the caution tape column in the center. The Brown Box sitting at the top of that tape is your primary mid-game bottleneck. If you fill your Dock with colors meant for the lower corners before clearing that Brown Box, you will fail.

Beads Out Level 518 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Control the top row first. You have a strict four-slot Dock. You cannot pull beads randomly. You must match the beads on the outer arms of the Conveyor to the six visible Boxes at the top.

Breaking the Top Row in Beads Out Level 518

The opening taps dictate your survival. You need to open the center of the board.

  1. Tap the Purple beads sitting at the very bottom center of the Conveyor. Send them to the Dark Purple Box in the second slot of the top row.
  2. Pull the Orange beads from the middle of the far-left track. Send them into the top Orange Box.
  3. Now look at the far-right track. Tap the Brown beads. This gets them out of the way and preps them for the caution tape column later. Let them sit in the Dock.
  4. Pull the Light Green beads from the right track into the top Light Green Box.
  5. Grab the Peach beads. Fill the top Peach Box.
  6. Pull the remaining Light Purple beads to clear the top right Box.

You now have breathing room. The top layer is gone. Do not touch the Silver Box yet. It is bait. You need to focus on the center and the left.

Snapping the Caution Tape Spine in Beads Out Level 518

With the top row cleared, the central spine is exposed. The red curtain is also vulnerable.

  1. Send those Brown beads you saved in the Dock straight into the Brown Box sitting on top of the caution tape. This exposes the Peach Box below it.
  2. Look at the left side. You have a Dark Blue and a Red Box sitting right on top of the red curtain. Tap the Dark Blue beads from the lower left track. Clear that Box.
  3. Tap the Red beads from the lower left track. Clear the Red Box.
  4. The '5' curtain Mystery Box is now fully exposed. Start feeding it. Pull whatever colors the curtain demands from the newly moving Conveyor.
  5. While working the curtain, drop Peach beads into the exposed Peach Box on the caution tape column.
  6. Hit the Dark Purple Box next. The caution tape spine is basically broken now.

The Conveyor will start flowing much faster. Keep your eyes on the inner dips. The Light Blue and Olive Green beads that were trapped in the middle bends are now dropping down to the exit.

Clearing the Bottom Corners in Beads Out Level 518

The mid-game transition is chaotic. Your board will look completely different now. The left side will have a tall stack of Silver, Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Dark Green Boxes. The right side will still have that annoying stepped layout.

  1. Shift your focus to the bottom right. You need to handle that Crate Lock.
  2. Find a steady run of Light Green beads on the track. Send them into the two Light Green Half Boxes. They will merge, snap the lock, and clear out. This opens the entire bottom right corner.
  3. Look at the stepped right side. Clear the Light Blue Box, then the Red, then the Peach.
  4. Move back to the left side. You left a Silver Box sitting up top. Clear it now.
  5. Clear the Dark Blue and Light Blue Boxes stacked underneath where the Silver one used to be.
  6. Finish the caution tape column. Send Pink beads into the lowest Pink Box on the yellow-and-black stripes.
  7. Now tackle the very bottom left. You have a Dark Green and an Olive Green Box sitting next to each other. Pull the exact shades carefully. Do not mix them up in the Dock.
  8. When you hit the final four Boxes, the board accelerates. Stay calm. Tap the remaining Red, Yellow, and Purple runs to empty the track. The level ends.
