Beads Out Level 487 Guide: The Hazard Plate and Zipped Bag Traps
This board is a traffic jam waiting to happen. You drop into the level and immediately face a massive cluster of Brown beads dominating the bottom left of the Conveyor. On the right, a heavy stack of Orange beads blocks the line. The problem hits you instantly. The only Orange Box on the board is buried at the absolute bottom right corner of the stack. You cannot reach it.
The Dock at the bottom gives you exactly four slots to work with. No extra room. No safety net. What makes this specific layout aggressive is the heavy use of zipped bags surrounding a central metal hazard plate. You have open bags that require fewer beads, and closed leather bags that hide their colors entirely. This board forces you to let certain bead chains loop endlessly while you chisel away at the top rows to reach the bottom.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 487
Look at the layout right now. The board is built in five rough rows, with the middle sitting on a 2x2 metal platform striped with yellow and black caution tape.
The top row is a gift. You have four standard Boxes sitting completely unblocked: Brown, Dark Blue, Silver, and Purple. Below this, the board gets complicated fast.
Row 2 introduces the first special mechanics. On the left sits a Purple bag zipped wide open. This is a Half Box. It only requires 50% capacity to clear. Next to it is a standard Yellow Box. Then comes a massive roadblock: a closed leather bag zipped tight. This functions as a Mystery Box. You cannot see what color it demands until it activates. A standard Light Green Box caps the right side.
Row 3 and Row 4 are clustered over that central hazard plate. You have a Dark Green Box, a Red Box, a Brown Box, and another Red Box in the third row. The fourth row drops another closed leather Mystery Box on the left side, followed by a White Box, a Pink Box, and a zipped open Red Half Box.
The bottom row holds a Pink Box, a zipped open Green Half Box, a Tan Box, and that highly problematic Orange Box.
The Conveyor is entirely front-loaded with mismatched colors. The left track starts with a massive block of Brown beads, followed by Olive, Dark Blue, and White. The right track starts with Orange beads, followed by Silver, Green, Purple, Pink, and Light Blue. The trap is obvious. The Orange beads will hit the drop zone first, but you have no access to the Orange Box. You must let the Orange beads ride the loop.
Beads Out Level 487 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
You need a strict order of operations here. If you clog the Dock with Boxes that match beads currently stuck behind the Orange chain, you will fail. Keep your taps deliberate.
Clearing the Free Top Row in Beads Out Level 487
Start with the easy targets to burn off the massive chains choking the Conveyor. Do not touch the Orange beads.
- Tap the top-left Brown Box. Send it straight into the Dock.
- Hammer the massive chain of Brown beads on the bottom-left of the Conveyor. This single move clears a huge chunk of track and gets the left side flowing. The Brown Box fills and vanishes.
- Tap the Silver Box from the top row. Send it to the Dock.
- The Silver beads are trapped right behind the Orange ones on the right track. Wait for the Orange beads to pass the entry point, then tap the Silver beads. The Silver Box clears.
- Move the top-row Dark Blue and Purple Boxes into the Dock.
- Feed the Dark Blue Box using the blue beads coming down the left track. Feed the Purple Box using the purple beads coming down the right track. The entire top row is now gone.
Cracking the Zipped Bags in Beads Out Level 487
The board opens up. You now face the Half Boxes and the closed leather Mystery Boxes. You have to manage your Dock space aggressively here.
- Drop the zipped Purple Half Box from the left side into the Dock. It only takes 50% capacity. Tap the purple beads on the right track to instantly clear it. Snipe these Half Boxes whenever possible to keep the Dock rotating.
- Drop the standard Yellow Box into the Dock. Feed it from the right track.
- The first closed leather Mystery Box on the right is now exposed. It drops down and unzips. Look at the color it reveals. Do not pull it into the Dock unless you see a matching bead chain approaching on the Conveyor.
- Clear the Red Box and Brown Box sitting on the top half of the central hazard plate. The left track has a massive secondary string of Brown beads waiting for you. Use them.
- The second leather Mystery Box on the left is now accessible. Let it drop and reveal its color. Match it quickly to expose the bottom rows.
Surviving the Bottom Rows in Beads Out Level 487
You are finally at the bottom of the board. The hazard plate is mostly clear. The Orange trap is ready to be dismantled.
- Tap the bottom-right Orange Box. Move it into the Dock.
- Tap the Orange beads that have been circling the Conveyor since the very beginning of the level. Clearing this heavy chain drastically speeds up the remaining track flow.
- Move the zipped Red Half Box and zipped Green Half Box into the Dock. Hit them quickly with small bead clusters. Because they only need 50% capacity, they fly off the board and free up vital slots.
- Drop the final White and Pink Boxes off the hazard plate.
- Move the remaining Tan and solid Green Boxes into the Dock.
- The game enters the Last Four speed-up phase. The Conveyor velocity spikes. Do not panic tap. Wait for the exact color blocks to round the top horns, hit them accurately, and finish the level.
