The dominant bead colors jamming up your upper loop are Light Pink, Light Green, Grey, and a massive string of Orange and Blue. Your lower Dock only holds four slots.

3. Drop the top-left White Box into the Dock. Tap the Grey/White bead clusters from the lower right and right-side loops to clear it out.

10. Drop the Red Box into the Dock. Clear it using the Red beads crowding the bottom curve of the Conveyor.
11. Follow the next red arrow down to the bottom-left Green Box. Clear it to release the final left-side arrow pointing up to the 550 Purple Box.
12. On the right side, dismantle the 250 Light Blue and 350 Purple blocks in order. This clears the physical path to the monster 750 Purple Box sitting at the very bottom right.
13. Dump the remaining Purple beads from the central and right-side tracks into the 750 Box. Once the last heavy lock shatters, the board speeds up. The remaining unblocked boxes easily sweep off the board.
