Beads Out Level 631 Guide: The Crate Lock and Mystery Box Trap

This board is a masterclass in baiting you into bad decisions. You load into Beads Out Level 631 and immediately face a grid locked down by heavy mechanics on all sides. The left flank is totally walled off by a column of three stacked Mystery Boxes. The right side is choked by two separate Crate Locks holding bright green and cream-colored boxes hostage. Sitting dead center at the bottom is an orange compass Booster surrounded by inactive dashed boxes.

You only have four slots in your Dock. If you grab the wrong box at the wrong time, you jam. The trick to surviving Beads Out 631 is strict top-down discipline. You must ignore the tantalizing mechanics at the bottom and sides until you carve out the center.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 631

Look at the layout in front of you. This is not a fast-clearing board. It is a slow, methodical puzzle.

The top row offers Dark Green, Light Blue, Light Pink, Cream, and White Boxes. These are your only safe early plays. Just below them, you have a second layer featuring Red, Orange, Purple, and Light Green. Notice the Bright Green Box on the far right of this second row. It has a Crate Lock strapped across it. Below that is another Crate Lock on a Cream Box. You cannot clear these until you feed them their exact matching beads to crack the zippers.

The bottom half of the board is completely dead at the start. You see Brown, Red, Olive Green, Grey, and Magenta Boxes, but they all have dashed borders. They are inactive. You cannot send beads to a dashed Box. You must clear the solid Boxes touching them to turn them on.

Your Conveyor feed starts brutal. A massive chunk of brown beads rolls out first, followed by light blue, pink, red, and grey. Think about the trap here. The belt gives you brown and grey beads immediately, but the Brown and Grey Boxes on the board are dashed and inactive. If you try to force those colors into your Dock, you will immediately clog your limited space. You have to let those brown and grey beads ride the belt while you focus on the open Boxes at the top.

Beads Out Level 631 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this exact sequence to break the board open. Do not deviate. The four-slot Dock gives you zero room for error.

Clearing the Safe Center in Beads Out Level 631

You must peel back the top two rows before touching anything else.

  1. Start with the active Purple Box. There is a Purple Box sitting safely in the middle of the second row, and the board often starts with it pre-loaded into your Dock. Look for the purple beads on the Conveyor and clear it immediately.
  2. Hit the Light Blue and Light Pink. These sit in the top row and the third row. The belt feeds huge segments of pink and light blue early on. Tap them through to get these Boxes off the board.
  3. Ignore the brown and grey beads. Let them cycle. Do not put an inactive dashed Box in your Dock. They are strictly bait.
  4. Clear the Red and Orange Boxes. As the middle opens up, target the solid Red and Orange Boxes. Clearing these is mandatory because it starts exposing the inactive dashed Boxes in the lower half of the board.

Defeating the Crate Locks and Booster in Beads Out Level 631

With the center thinned out, you must address the right side and the bottom middle.

  1. Crack the right-side Crate Locks. You have a Bright Green Box and a Cream Box on the right edge wrapped in straps. Wait for a solid line of green or cream beads on the Conveyor. Tap them to break the straps. Once the Crate Lock breaks, the Box functions normally. Fill them and clear them out.
  2. Activate the Orange Booster. Sitting in the lower middle is an orange compass Booster. By clearing the Red and Light Blue Boxes above it, you activate this piece. Tap it. The compass needle points green and blasts away adjacent obstacles. This single move blows the board wide open.
  3. Process the activated dashed Boxes. The blast from the Booster turns the dashed Brown, Olive Green, Grey, and Magenta Boxes into solid, active targets. Now that they are active, start pulling those brown and grey beads off the Conveyor to fill them.

Surviving the Mystery Box Column in Beads Out Level 631

The left side of the board holds a vertical stack of three dark grey Mystery Boxes. This is the final phase of the level.

  1. Tap the top Mystery Box. It will flip and reveal a random color. Look at the Conveyor. If you have a large cluster of that specific color coming up, drop the Box into your Dock and fill it.
  2. Manage your Dock space strictly. If a Mystery Box reveals a color that is currently scarce on the belt, do not drop it into the Dock. Leave it sitting on the board. A clogged Dock at this stage guarantees a fail.
  3. Chain the remaining Mystery Boxes. As you clear the top one, the one below it becomes available. Reveal it, match the belt, and clear it.
  4. Sprint the last four. When the board drops to exactly four Boxes, Beads Out 631 hits its speed-up phase. The belt moves fast. Keep your taps precise. Clear the bottom Magenta and Grey Boxes as the remaining bead clusters rush past to finish the level.
