Beads Out Level 409 Guide: The Countdown Crate Lock Trap

Beads Out Level 409 hits hard. You drop into the level and immediately see a massive block of light yellow/cream beads choking the exit chute. The dominant colors here are cream, orange, brown, and grey. You do not have the luxury of picking your favorite color to start.

Look at the bottom Dock. You get four slots. That is your entire buffer. The game starts you off at a disadvantage because a brown Box is already sitting in the first slot at 0%. This effectively reduces your starting Dock space to three.

The real problem is on the far right. A yellow Box sits completely trapped in an alcove behind a sliding barrier. This is a Crate Lock. It has a giant "3" stamped on it. You must clear three complete Boxes before that barrier drops. You cannot reach the lower right corner until you satisfy that countdown. This board is not about speed. It is a strict sequencing puzzle. Make one wrong pull to the Dock, and the Conveyor jams.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 409

You need to analyze the grid before you tap anything. The board is dense. The boxes are stacked in a staggered formation that hides the bottom rows.

Look at the left cluster. You have a red Box on top, sitting above a stack of purple, grey, and orange. The middle section holds your olive greens, mint greens, and a crucial white/cream Box. The right side has pink and another white/cream Box.

The Conveyor track is shaped like a wide jug. The beads feed down into a single central exit from both the left and right sides simultaneously. This dual-feed mechanic is dangerous.

  • Center Exit: Blocked by a huge cluster of light yellow/cream beads.
  • Left Track: Behind the cream beads, you have a short string of brown, followed by a long snake of orange, then light blue, and pink.
  • Right Track: Behind the cream beads, you have grey, followed by orange, dark red, and dark green.

The traps on Beads Out Level 409 are the bottom boxes. You see a light pink Box and a light yellow Box at the very bottom of the screen. Leave them alone. They are bait. If you pull them to the Dock now, they will sit there empty, burning your slots while you try to clear the top layers. You must process the beads exactly as they appear at the chute. The Crate Lock dictates your early game. You need three fast clears to get that barrier out of the way.

Beads Out Level 409 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this exact sequence. The order is strict because of the Crate Lock dependency. Do not pull a Box until the previous one is finishing its animation.

Clearing the Central Jam in Beads Out Level 409

The opening sequence is all about clearing the exit chute and feeding that pre-placed brown Box. You need to get the countdown from 3 to 0 quickly.

  1. Tap the white/cream Box located in the upper middle area of the grid. Send it to the Dock.
  2. Hold your finger down to flood the white/cream Box with the massive cluster of cream beads sitting right at the exit. This clears the central jam. That is your first clear. The Crate Lock drops to 2.
  3. The brown beads on the left track are now exposed. Your brown Box is already waiting on the Dock. Tap the brown beads. Fill the box. That is your second clear. The Crate Lock drops to 1.
  4. Look at the right track. Grey beads are next in line. Locate the grey Box on the left side of the grid, third row down. Tap it to move it to the Dock.
  5. Feed the grey beads into the grey Box. That is your third clear.

The Crate Lock hits 0. The barrier slides to the right. The yellow Box in the right alcove is now completely accessible.

Exploiting the Open Board in Beads Out Level 409

With the barrier gone, the grid opens up. You now have access to the lower sections. Both the left and right sides of the Conveyor are showing orange beads next. This is highly efficient.

  1. Locate an orange Box. There is one on the left side (third row down) and one near the bottom. Tap the upper orange Box to send it to the Dock.
  2. Tap the orange beads on the left track, then immediately tap the orange beads on the right track. Fill the orange Box completely.
  3. The left track now shows light blue beads. The right track shows dark red beads.
  4. Tap the light blue Box (top row, second from the left). Send it to the Dock. Feed the light blue beads from the left track.
  5. Tap the red Box (top left corner). Send it to the Dock. Feed the dark red beads from the right track.
  6. You just wiped out the entire top layer of the grid. The Conveyor is flowing smoothly.

Emptying the Bottom Rows in Beads Out Level 409

The board is mostly flat now. The risk of a Conveyor jam is low, but you still need to match the feed order. Do not get greedy and pull three boxes at once.

  1. The left track shows light pink beads. Tap the pink Box (top right corner of the remaining cluster). Send it to the Dock and fill it.
  2. The right track shows dark green beads. Tap the dark green Box located in the middle-left area. Move it to the Dock and fill it.
  3. The left track now has dark blue beads. Tap the dark blue Box located in the lower middle section. Fill it.
  4. The right track shows purple beads. You have multiple purple Boxes available on the left side. Tap the top-most purple Box. Send it to the Dock and clear the purple beads.
  5. At this point, the game hits the Last Four speed-up. The beads will move faster. Simply match the remaining colors as they approach the exit chute. Grab the yellow Box from the previously locked alcove when the yellow beads appear. Grab the bottom light pink and bottom light yellow boxes only when their respective colors are literally touching the exit. Match, fill, and finish the board.
