Beads Out Level 388 Guide: The Two-Slot Dock Trap

Beads Out Level 388 is brutal. Most levels give you a clean slate to work with. This board steals your resources before you even make a move. The dominant colors clogging the central loop are a chaotic mix of dark brown, pink, orange, and blue. But the real problem is sitting right at the bottom of your screen.

Look at your Dock. It has four slots total. Two of those slots are already occupied by Dark Green Boxes sitting at 0%. There are practically no dark green beads accessible on the main Conveyor loop. They are trapped in the upper feeders. This means you are forced to play this entire opening phase with only two functional Dock slots. One wrong pull, and your board jams. You fail immediately. You have to be flawless.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 388

Let's break down the exact layout of this grid. The main Conveyor is a large central loop fed by two upper tracks. The left feeder is stacked with orange, white, and red beads. The right feeder is holding light blue and dark brown beads.

The bottom grid determines your survival. You must clear the top rows sequentially to access the bottom, but the board is actively trying to trick you.

Here is the exact Box spread you are looking at:

  • Top Row: Green and Orange on the left. Yellow and Pink on the right.
  • Second Row: Dark Blue and Light Pink on the left. White and Dark Red on the right.
  • Third Row: Tan, Light Green, Red, Green, and Peach.
  • Fourth Row (The Trap): An orange Crate Lock is pinned across a Purple Box, completely blocking the lower-middle section. A Blue Box sits next to it.
  • Bottom Row: A lone Dark Brown Box on the far left, followed by Cyan, Light Purple, and Grey.

The right side of the Conveyor gets crowded first. The beads at the very bottom exit are light green and yellow. Here is the massive trap: you need a Light Green Box to clear that bottom blockage, but the Light Green Box is buried in row three. You cannot reach it yet.

Do not touch the top-left Green Box. It looks safe. It is pure bait. The green beads are stuck on the right side of the loop, trapped behind purple and red. If you pull the Green Box down into your two-slot Dock, you will jam. The early clear that changes the entire route happens on the right side of the board.

Beads Out Level 388 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You have two empty Dock slots. Every single tap matters. Do not pull a Box unless you can fill it immediately.

Surviving the Opening Taps in Beads Out Level 388

The opening requires absolute precision. You must dig through the right side of the grid first.

  1. Ignore the Green and Orange Boxes on the left.
  2. Tap the Yellow Box (top right) to drop it into the Dock.
  3. Instantly tap the short string of yellow beads sitting on the lower-right side of the Conveyor. The Yellow Box will fill and clear out. You get your slot back.
  4. Tap the Pink Box (top right). Move it down.
  5. Pull the pink beads sitting on the lower-left curve of the loop. They will cross over, fill the Pink Box, and clear it.
  6. You have now exposed the White and Dark Red Boxes in row two. Leave them alone for a second. Your priority shifts.

Breaking the Crate Lock in Beads Out Level 388

With the top right cleared, you have a slight breather. Now you have to deal with the middle of the board. That orange Crate Lock guarding the Purple Box is your primary target. It blocks the entire lower flow.

To break that Crate Lock, you must clear the Orange Box in the top left.

  1. Tap the Orange Box (top left). Drop it into your available Dock slot.
  2. Tap the large block of orange beads sitting on the left side of the Conveyor. They will rush down and fill the Box.
  3. The Orange Box clears. The orange Crate Lock snaps open. The Purple Box is finally freed.
  4. More importantly, clearing that top-left space lets you pull down the Dark Blue and Light Pink Boxes.
  5. Tap the Light Pink Box. Feed it the light pink beads sitting right next to the dark blue ones on the left loop.
  6. Your Conveyor is finally starting to move. The beads from the left feeder will drop down into the main loop.

Clearing the Feeder Jam in Beads Out Level 388

Now the board opens up. The lower Dock arrangement suddenly feels less restrictive because you are about to hit a massive combo.

  1. You finally have access to the Light Green Box in row three. Tap it immediately.
  2. Clear the light green beads that have been stubbornly blocking the bottom-center exit of the Conveyor since the level started.
  3. Pull the Red Box down. Clear the red beads that were trapped right behind the yellow ones earlier.
  4. The Conveyor will speed up. The dark brown beads from the right feeder and the white beads from the left feeder will flood the main loop.
  5. Pull the White Box. Fill it.
  6. Pull the Dark Brown Box (from the far bottom left). Fill it.
  7. Finally, the dark green beads will drop from the very top. Tap them. They will flood into those two cursed Dark Green Boxes that have been hogging your Dock the entire game.
  8. The board is yours. Clean up the remaining Cyan, Light Purple, and Grey Boxes using the remaining beads. Keep your Dock clear and do not pull a Box unless the matching color is actively on the screen. Finish the remaining matches to beat Beads Out Level 388.
