Beads Out Level 444 Guide: The Crate Lock and Key Trap

This board is brutal if you mess up your opening taps. The dominant colors clogging your feed are Light Green on the left arm, Orange on the right arm, and a messy mix of Red, Light Green, and Dark Blue crowding the bottom of the center loop.

Your lower Dock only has four slots. That is extremely tight for a board with this many colors. The real headache in Beads Out Level 444 sits directly below your starting Boxes. You have a Crate Lock marked with a '2' pinning down the entire bottom left grid. On the right side, a yellow key mechanism blocks the bottom right column. Below these traps sit a cluster of numbered orange crates holding your late-game Boxes hostage. Easy boards let you clear whatever is in front. This board forces you to dig straight down to break those locks before your Conveyor jams.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 444

Stop and look at the exact color sequence before you touch the screen. You need to know exactly what is coming.

The Conveyor has three distinct sections. The left arm feeds a massive cluster of Light Green beads, followed immediately by black Mystery Boxes (marked with ?), and then Dark Green beads. The right arm feeds Orange beads, followed by more Mystery Boxes, and finally Pink beads.

The center loop is a chaotic traffic jam. Starting from the bottom exit and moving clockwise, the exact order is: Red, Purple, Light Blue, White, Orange, Dark Green. Coming down the right side of the loop, you have Light Grey and Dark Blue.

Now look at your initial grid of Boxes. The top row is wide open and ready to receive: Bright Green, Mint Green, Red, Pink, and Blue.

The second row holds Light Pink, Purple, Olive Green, White, and Light Purple. You cannot touch these until the top row is out of the way.

The third row contains the traps. On the left is the Crate Lock with a '2'. Next to it are a Purple Box and a Dark Green Box. On the far right is the yellow key.

The bottom section is completely dead space right now. The left side has numbered orange crates marked 3, 3, 3 stacked on top of 4, 5, 6. The right side has crates marked 7 and 8. These numbered crates will eventually turn into regular Boxes like Brown, Grey, and Purple, but they are inaccessible until you clear the locks above them.

The biggest trap on this board is the right arm of the Conveyor. It pushes Orange beads right to the front. Look at your top row of Boxes. There is no Orange Box. If you tap those Orange beads, they will drop to your four-slot Dock and sit there. You will instantly lose 25% of your working space. Do not touch them.

Beads Out Level 444 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

You must clear the top row fast to drop the board down. The entire strategy revolves around reaching the Crate Lock and the yellow key before the Mystery Boxes reach the bottom of the Conveyor.

Beating the Opening Choke in Beads Out Level 444

Your opening moves must be flawless. Control the left arm and the center loop. Leave the right arm completely alone.

  1. Clear the Light Green. Tap the Light Green beads from the left arm of the Conveyor. Route them directly into the Bright Green Box and the Mint Green Box on the top row. Pay close attention to the shade. Fill both.
  2. Clear the Red. The center loop has Red beads at the very bottom. Tap them immediately. Send them into the Red Box sitting in the middle of the top row.
  3. Ignore the Orange. The right arm is pushing Orange. Leave it. Do not pull it down to the Dock.
  4. Pull the Dark Blue. With the Red beads gone from the center loop, the Dark Blue beads on the right side of the loop will shift down. Tap them. Route them into the Blue Box on the far right of the top row.
  5. Clear the Pink. If you have enough Pink beads accessible in the loop, route them to the Pink Box to finish off the top row.

Breaking the Crate Lock and Key in Beads Out Level 444

The top row is gone. The board shifts down. The second row of Boxes is now playable. Your priority shifts entirely to the locks.

  1. Target the Left Lock. The Crate Lock '2' needs adjacent clears to count down. Look at the Boxes directly above and beside it. You now have access to Light Pink, Purple, and Olive Green Boxes.
  2. Feed the Purple and Olive Green. Pull the Purple beads from the left side of the center loop. Fill the Purple Box. This reduces the Crate Lock to '1'.
  3. Target the Right Key. The yellow key on the right triggers when the Boxes above it are filled. Pull White beads from the center loop to fill the White Box. Pull Light Purple beads to fill the Light Purple Box. The yellow key will pull back, opening the right column.
  4. Break the Left Lock. Fill the Olive Green Box using beads from the center loop. The Crate Lock hits zero and disappears. The entire left side is now open.
  5. Process the Numbered Crates. The orange crates (3 through 8) unlock in sequence. They reveal Brown, Grey, and more Purple Boxes. Keep pulling matching colors from the center loop to clear them as they appear. Use your Dock slots carefully. Never pull a color from the loop unless its corresponding Box is visible and unlocked.

Clearing the Mystery Beads and Finishing Beads Out Level 444

You are in the late game. The top layers are clear. Now the black ? beads are sitting at the bottom of the left and right Conveyor arms.

  1. Test the Left Mystery Box. Make sure you have at least one empty slot on your Dock. Tap the left Mystery Box. It drops to the Dock and reveals its color.
  2. Match Immediately. Whatever color the left mystery beads reveal, find its matching Box and fill it instantly. Do not let it sit on the Dock.
  3. Test the Right Mystery Box. Repeat the process for the right arm. Tap the ? beads. Reveal the color. Fill the corresponding Box.
  4. Clear the Backline. With the mystery blocks gone, the final beads drop down. You will have Dark Green on the left and Pink on the right. Route the Dark Green beads into the Dark Green Box near the bottom left. Route the Pink beads into any remaining Pink Box.
  5. Last Four Speed-Up. When you get down to the final four Boxes, the Conveyor speeds up. Keep your taps precise. Clear the remaining Brown and Grey Boxes using the final beads in the center loop to finish the board.
