Beads Out Level 273 Guide: The Red Curtain Lock and Mystery Box Trap

Beads Out Level 273 drops a massive roadblock right in the middle of your screen. A giant red curtain. It has a gold "3" lock slapping you in the face. This is not a simple sorting puzzle. It is a severe space management nightmare.

Look at the board layout. The bead stream forms a massive heart shape. The dominant colors pushing toward the exit are light blue on the left and bright green on the right. But look at your starting Boxes. They do not match the immediate feed. You have a dark olive green Box on the left and a dark purple Box on the right. Below those sit red and magenta. Everything in the center is completely sealed off by that curtain.

This setup breaks standard play. Usually, you can grab the first colors off the Conveyor and dump them into the Dock to clear space. Do that here, and you will fail instantly. Your buffer economy is incredibly tight. The Dock only holds four slots. If you fill them with light blue and bright green, the level jams. You have to hunt for the specific colors that match the outer columns, clear three Boxes to break the lock, and survive the resulting mess when the board finally opens.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 273

Open the level and pause. Do not tap anything. You need to read the flow of the Conveyor and the layers of the bottom arrangement. Treat the current state of the board as a trap.

The Conveyor is completely packed. The left side pushes a massive block of light blue beads directly at the exit point. Behind them sits a chunk of pink, then dark olive green, then more light blue, followed by grey and dark purple. The right side leads with bright green, followed by a short string of white, another patch of bright green, red, and dark green. The right side is heavily fragmented. Short strings of beads are dangerous because they force you to waste taps.

Now look at the bottom section. The upper Dock gives you four empty slots. This is your only safety net. Directly beneath the Dock, the layout is heavily restricted:

  • Top left: Dark olive green Box.
  • Top right: Dark purple Box.
  • Middle: The giant red curtain Crate Lock requiring three clears.
  • Bottom left (under olive): Red Box.
  • Bottom right (under purple): Magenta Box.
  • Lowest row: Four Mystery Boxes covered in dark grey question marks.

The trap is obvious. The light blue and bright green beads sitting at the very front of the Conveyor have nowhere to go. There is no light blue Box available. There is no bright green Box available. They are bait. If you tap them, they will sit in your Dock and rot. You must dig for dark olive green, dark purple, red, or magenta. That is the only way to get three clears and drop the curtain. Once that curtain falls, the entire board identity shifts. You will suddenly face a wave of 50% Half Boxes demanding dark blue, red, and yellow.

Beads Out Level 273 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this exact sequence. One wrong tap in the early game triggers a permanent jam. Your goal is strict Conveyor control.

Bypassing the Bait Colors in Beads Out Level 273

The opening moves dictate the rest of the match. You must ignore the obvious colors and surgically extract the ones you actually need to break the Crate Lock.

  1. Ignore the front lines. Let the light blue and bright green sit exactly where they are at the exit. Do not send them to the Dock.
  2. Extract the dark olive green. Look up the left side of the Conveyor. You will see a cluster of dark olive green beads behind the pink ones. Tap the light blue and pink beads in front of them, but only send enough to fill one or two Dock slots. You need to keep at least two slots open. Feed that olive green immediately into the top left Box.
  3. Hunt for dark purple. The top right Box needs dark purple. You can spot a dark purple cluster higher up on the left side of the heart loop. Carefully pull the colors blocking it into the Dock. If your Dock gets too full, stop.
  4. Clear the red and magenta. As the olive and purple Boxes fill and vanish from the board, the red and magenta Boxes underneath them become active. Feed the red cluster from the right side of the Conveyor into the red Box. Send pink/magenta from the left side into the magenta Box.
  5. Watch the lock counter. Every time one of these outer Boxes finishes, the "3" on the red curtain drops. Get it to zero.

Managing the Half Box Flood in Beads Out Level 273

The curtain drops. The center of the board is finally yours. But Beads Out Level 273 immediately throws a second massive obstacle at you. Three 50% Half Boxes pop directly into your top Dock slots. They demand dark blue, red, and yellow.

  1. Stop pulling new colors. You now have three clogged Dock slots. You only have one free slot left. Your buffer economy is practically zero. Do not touch anything on the Conveyor unless it matches the Half Boxes.
  2. Clear the Half Boxes immediately. Scan the Conveyor for dark blue, red, and yellow beads. Tap them instantly to finish off these 50% Boxes. Getting them out of your Dock is your absolute highest priority. If you pull a wrong color now, you jam your single empty slot and die.
  3. Address the newly revealed center. Look at what the red curtain was hiding. You now have a light blue Box and a dark red Box right in the middle of the play area.
  4. Unleash the light blue. Remember that massive chunk of light blue beads sitting at the very front of the left Conveyor line? They have been blocking traffic all game. Send them straight into the light blue Box. This causes a massive cascade. The entire left side of the heart loop drains, pulling the grey and bright green beads forward.

Clearing the Mystery Boxes in Beads Out Level 273

You survived the curtain. You cleared the Half Boxes. Now you have to finish the basement. Four Mystery Boxes sit in a row at the very bottom of the board.

  1. Open the Mystery Boxes one by one. Tap exactly one bead to reveal the color of the first Mystery Box. Do not reveal all four at once. If you reveal four different colors, you will panic and misclick.
  2. Match and clear. Once the color is exposed, find the matching cluster on the Conveyor and fill it immediately.
  3. Keep the Dock clean. Because you never know what colors the Mystery Boxes will ask for next, you must keep your Dock as empty as possible. If a Mystery Box reveals bright green, and your Dock is completely full of white and orange beads you pulled by accident, the run is over.
  4. Ride the Last Four speed-up. When you get down to the final four Boxes on the board, the game accelerates. The Conveyor pushes faster. Keep your eyes locked on the bottom exit point and just spam the remaining matches to finish the board.
