Beads Out Level 302 Guide: The Red Key and Half Box Trap

Beads Out Level 302 hits you with a nasty combination right out of the gate. You have a choked central loop, isolated tails feeding in from the sides, and a dependency chain tied to a specific key. This board is designed to force you into a Dock jam. You only have four slots at the bottom. Pull the wrong boxes, and the Conveyor backs up instantly. You fail.

The dominant colors on the track are purple, green, and blue, but the real issue is the box placement. The bottom grid is a staggered mess of thirteen distinct boxes. Two of them are hiding behind Crate Locks. One holds a crucial key. Two of them are sneaky Half Boxes that you won't identify until they hit the Dock. To beat Beads Out Level 302, you must control the bottom exit of the loop before you even look at the side tails.

Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 302

Look at the Conveyor layout. The track forms a central loop with a left entry tail and a right entry tail. Everything funnels down into a single exit gate at the bottom center.

Right now, that exit is completely jammed by a block of purple beads. Counter-clockwise from that purple block, the main loop contains dark green, light green, grey, red, orange, brown, dark blue, a second purple block, and light blue.

The side tails are waiting to feed into the main loop, but they cannot move until you create space. The left tail holds light green, dark green, and yellow beads. The right tail holds red, brown, and dark blue beads. Do not attempt to clear these tails yet. The loop is your only priority.

Now look at the Boxes below. You have three messy rows. The top row holds Orange, Olive Green, Yellow, and Dark Green. The middle row is the danger zone. It holds Brown, Lime Green (blocked by a Blue Crate Lock), Red, Dark Blue (blocked by a Red Crate Lock), and Purple. The bottom row holds Light Blue, Pink, Dark Purple, and Peach.

Notice the glowing red key resting directly on top of the Light Blue Box in the bottom left corner. This is your first major dependency in Beads Out Level 302. You cannot touch the Dark Blue Box until you process the Light Blue Box to grab that key.

Furthermore, this board features Half Boxes. Once you pull the Light Blue and Dark Green boxes down to the Dock, they will display a "50%" tag. They only require half the normal amount of beads to clear. This sounds helpful. It is actually a trap. A Half Box clears fast, but if you pull it to the Dock before its specific beads are queued at the exit gate, it sits there. It wastes a precious Dock slot while you scramble to clear the trash beads in front of it.

Beads Out Level 302 Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Follow this exact order. Deviating will fill your four Dock slots with boxes you cannot feed, bricking your run.

Clearing the Purple Jam and Grabbing the Red Key in Beads Out Level 302

The opening sequence is rigid. You must unchoke the main exit and secure the red key.

1. Tap the Purple Box. It sits on the far right of the middle row. Pulling it down instantly feeds the first block of purple beads blocking the bottom exit. This gets the Conveyor moving.
2. Pull the Light Blue Box. It sits in the bottom left corner holding the red key. Moving this box to the Dock claims the key. Watch the Red Crate Lock shatter on the Dark Blue Box. The Light Blue Box is a 50% Half Box. Send the light blue beads from the bottom right of the central loop into it. It will clear immediately and leave the Dock.
3. Tap the Dark Green Box. It sits on the far right of the top row. Like the Light Blue one, this is a 50% Half Box. The main loop has a dark green section right near the exit gate. Feed those beads to clear the box instantly.

Do not touch the yellow, pink, or peach boxes. They are absolute bait. The beads required to fill them are buried deep in the left tail or at the back of the loop. If you pull them now, you lose.

Routing the Tails and Breaking the Blue Crate Lock in Beads Out Level 302

With the purple jam gone and the Red Crate Lock broken, the middle of the board opens up. Now you need to pull the side tails forward by stripping the right side of the loop.

4. Pull the Dark Blue Box. You broke its lock in step two. Now put it on the Dock. The right tail of the Conveyor is packed with dark blue beads. Clearing the dark blue section in the main loop allows the right tail to rush forward, feeding more dark blue beads straight into the box.
5. Pull the Brown Box and the Red Box. Both sit in the middle row. The right side of the loop holds a brown segment and a red segment. Tapping these boxes clears out the right side of the track completely.
6. Find the Blue Key. As you clear out the middle row of boxes (Brown, Red, Dark Blue), the blue key will become accessible. It drops onto the board and immediately flies over to the Lime Green Box, breaking the Blue Crate Lock.

The right side of your Conveyor is now much safer. The jam risk has shifted entirely to the left tail, which is still heavy with light green and yellow beads.

Sweeping the Left Tail in Beads Out Level 302

You are in the final stretch. The board speeds up here. Keep your Dock disciplined.

7. Pull the Lime Green Box. The lock is gone. Pull it down and feed it the light green beads heavily clustered on the left tail.
8. Pull the Yellow Box and Olive Box. The left tail consists almost entirely of dark green, light green, and yellow. With the Lime Green box handled, the yellow beads are finally at the front of the line. Drop the Yellow Box to the Dock and empty the rest of the left tail.
9. Clear the stragglers. You will be left with Orange, Pink, Dark Purple, and Peach boxes. The remaining beads in the central loop are grey, orange, and purple. Drop the corresponding boxes one by one as their colors hit the exit gate. Keep the one-tap flow steady. Do not drop all four final boxes at once if the bead order doesn't match perfectly. Read the line, match the box, and finish the board.
