The bottom exit of the Conveyor is completely choked by a massive chain of red beads. They block the left path. They block the right path. Nothing moves until those red beads are gone.

Here is the trap. You need a Red Box to clear those beads. But look down at your Dock. The Red Box is buried at the absolute bottom of the second column. It sits under four other solid layers. Your immediate goal is to expose the Red Box at the bottom of Column 2 without filling your four-slot tray. This requires a mid-dig clear.

Tap the Grey Box at the top of Column 2. It moves to your first tray slot.
Tap the Dark Blue Box right below it. It moves to your second tray slot.
Tap the White Box below that. It moves to your third tray slot.
Stop pulling boxes. Your tray has three items. Column 2 now shows a Purple Box blocking the Red Box.
Look at the top-left horn of the Conveyor. Tap the white beads. Because the path is clear to drop, they will shoot down and fill the White Box in your tray.
The White Box clears instantly. You just reclaimed your third tray slot.
