Beads Out Level 331 Guide: The 3-Clear Curtain and Mystery Box Trap
Beads Out Level 331 hits you with a massive visual roadblock the second the level loads. A giant red curtain with a gold "3" medal covers the entire bottom right quadrant of the board. You cannot see what is underneath it. You cannot play the right side. You are forced into a tight bottleneck on the left, and that changes everything about how you manage your bead flow.
Most levels give you immediate choices. This board dictates your opening moves. You have to clear three Boxes to drop that curtain. Until you do, half your options are dead. Worse, the middle row is choked with three Mystery Boxes. If you blindly pull beads off the Conveyor to clear the top row, those question marks will flip, demand a color you do not have, and jam your Dock instantly. You have four slots in the Dock. Waste one, and the rest of Beads Out 331 becomes a nightmare.
Reading the Board in Beads Out Level 331
Stop and look at the exact layout before you tap a single bead. Your success depends entirely on reading the left side of the grid.
The top row sits completely exposed. Left to right, you have a Light Green Box, a Light Purple Box, a White Box, and an Olive Green Box. These are your mandatory early targets. Getting three of these off the board is the only way to kill the curtain.
Drop down one row. Purple, Bright Green, Grey, Red. These are trapped under the top row.
Row three is the danger zone. A grey Mystery Box, an Olive Green Box, and two more Mystery Boxes. You do not want to expose these early. If you clear the Light Purple Box above the first Mystery Box, it will activate. If it asks for a color that is stuck on the top loop of the Conveyor, you are completely paralyzed.
Now look at the bottom left. Below the Purple and Bright Green Boxes, you have a Dark Blue Box and a Red Box. Below those sits a Grey Box marked with a "2" and an Orange Box. Hidden underneath that stack is a grey Sealed Cube with a keyhole lock. You will not reach that lock until the very end.
The Conveyor is a mess of fragmented color bands. The left descending arm holds Light Purple, Olive Green, and Tan. The right descending arm holds Bright Green, Grey, and Purple. The bottom joining loop is packed with Dark Blue, Light Green, Light Blue, Orange, and Tan. The colors you need immediately are mixed in with colors you absolutely cannot use yet. The Orange beads are pure bait. The Orange Box is buried at the bottom left. Do not touch the Orange beads.
Beads Out Level 331 Step-by-Step Walkthrough
You need a ruthless order of operations here. The dependency chain is strict. Clear the top. Drop the curtain. Survive the mystery reveal. Unlock the cube. Follow these steps exactly.
Dropping the Red Curtain in Beads Out Level 331
Your sole objective is getting three clears to remove that red curtain on the bottom right. Do not get distracted by matching random clusters on the Conveyor.
- Focus on the Light Green Box. Look at the bottom junction of the Conveyor. There is a cluster of Light Green beads right there. Tap them immediately to fill the top-left Light Green Box. That is clear number one. The gold "3" on the curtain will tick down to "2".
- Hit the Light Purple Box next. A heavy band of Light Purple beads is sliding down the left arm of the track. Route them straight into the Light Purple Box in the top row. That is clear number two.
- Be careful with the left side now. Clearing that Light Purple Box just exposed the first Mystery Box on the left side of row three. Ignore it. Do not pull beads for it yet.
- Target the Olive Green Box. The top-right holds an Olive Green Box. You have Olive Green beads trailing right behind the Light Purple ones on the left track. Feed them in. That is clear number three.
- Watch the board open. The red curtain vanishes. The bottom right is finally playable.
Surviving the Mystery Boxes in Beads Out Level 331
The board completely changes identity now. The right side reveals a vertical stack: Red, Blue, Pink, and Light Blue Boxes. You also have an active Mystery Box on the left, and a Grey Box and White Box exposed near the top.
- Clear the White Box safely. Pull White beads off the track to clear the top White Box. This exposes the remaining two Mystery Boxes.
- Play the Mystery Boxes one by one. This is the biggest fail point in Beads Out Level 331. The question marks will flip. Check the required color. Look at the Conveyor. If the color is available, fill it immediately. If the color is stuck on the opposite side of the loop, do not panic.
- Use the right side as a buffer. If a Mystery Box demands a color you cannot reach, shift your attention to the newly exposed right column. Fill the Red or Blue Boxes from the bottom right stack to keep the Conveyor moving.
- Clear the Row 2 hazards. The Purple, Bright Green, and Grey Boxes on the left side are now accessible. The right track holds chunks of Bright Green and Grey. Time your taps to clear these out. This takes the pressure off your Dock.
Unlocking the Sealed Cube Finish in Beads Out Level 331
With the top and middle rows gone, the game shifts to the bottom corners. You still have the Grey "2" Box, the Orange Box, and the hidden Sealed Cube on the left. The right side has Pink and Light Blue.
- Grind down the Grey "2" Box. This requires two full sets of Grey beads to clear. Pull them from the right descending track. Every time it clears a stage, the number drops. Finish it off to reach the bottom layer.
- Clear the Orange Box. You ignored the Orange beads at the start. Now is their time. Route them from the lower loop to delete the Orange Box.
- Attack the Sealed Cube. The grey Sealed Cube with the keyhole is now exposed at the bottom left. You need to clear the Boxes directly adjacent to it to find the key. Focus heavily on the Tan/Light Yellow Boxes and the Red Boxes sitting near it.
- Burn the Last Four. Once the key unlocks the cube, you will hit the Last Four speed-up. The Conveyor accelerates. The remaining Boxes are likely Pink, Light Blue, and whatever was hiding near the cube. Tap aggressively. The board is empty enough that you can drop Boxes straight to the Dock and fill them rapidly without jamming. Match the final colors and close out the board.
